    Hi watching from Malaysia.
    What is a good weight to start with the mudgar? I am currently using a 12kg kettlebell for my workout.

      @@alyahamzah1952 hey you can start with 2 kg Mudgars since it needs alot of balancing and puts pressure on the forearms. It's all about practice. And then gradually increase. I will be posting individual Rotations and Swings soon. 💪🏽
