Hey! out of topic but quick question: my parents pool just got replastered yesterday and it's currently being filled with the garden hose. Its looking good so fae. Calcium over here is 200ppm in TX. At what point during the filling process do I add the sequestering agent and the easy care beautec? The pool is a quarter of the way full. Just don't want the pool water to turn green, heard that could be an issue with the metals and copper in the water? You also mentioned to keep the pump running for 24/7, but for how long for 24/7? Thank so much!
@@SPL No, unfortunately, I'm the one that takes care of my parents pool. It's like you mentioned in your podcast about the 4th start up method where they hand you the keys. The plaster guys and the guy that hired them weren't knowledgeable in the chemicals go figure. But thankfully I'm able to maintain it. I really appreciate your response. I'm learning a lot from your channel.

You can add that when it is filled. I like running them 24/7 for a few days. The builder did not set you up with a dedicated start-up guy/

Does he have a coupler union set for Jandy cells, filters, pumps etc ?
He is working on it. Maybe the P&H SLT will fit the Jandy cell. I tried a few on a Jandy pump but no dice. Those are surprisingly large.
