    Key Responsibilities
    Manpower Management
    • Work on daily, monthly and yearly workforce planning
    • Manpower cost analysis
    • Close Monitoring of Casual and Contractual Work Force numbers
    • Ensure tracking of manpower numbers
    • Develop network of manpower vendors
    • Ensuring Manpower Hiring as per agreed time line.
    • Responsible for screening of the candidates
    • Manpower Budget.
    PMS
    • Ensuring Creation, Implementing and reporting of performance appraisal system
    • Ensuring PMS is directly aligned with the Business Plan
    • Ensuring Monthly/Quarterly/Annual PMS is done
    Employee Engagement
    • Responsible for ensuring enhanced employee satisfaction
    • Conduct regular employee feedback exercise
    • Build harmonious and conducive working environment
    • Review Organizational Policies time to time and create awareness among Employees.
    • Culture Building & Values
    Process Management and Organizational Development
    • Ensure the establishment and implementation of all the systems and processes in the organization to propel organizational growth in accordance with the goals set by the management. The systems and processes include making and implementation of Job Description, Key Result Areas, Monthly Performance Management System, Internal Customer Service Level Agreements; Standard Operating Procedures with Flow Charts, etc.
    • Responsible for working closely with the management in ensuring the business processes are aligned to the business goals and the same are measured on monthly basis and remedial measures taken wherever necessary
    Payroll Processing
    • Ensure that the payroll cycle is run on time and the details are given to the accounts department on or before the 1st of every month for the previous month pay cycle
    • Ensure that the salary structure is tax compliant and at the same time is tax friendly at the hands of the employees. Get yearly consulting done either internally by the accounts department or a specialized consultant to incorporate the changes made in the law after every budget. Ensure the desired changes are incorporated in the payroll software as well
    Compliances Management
    • Responsible for all the HR compliance related filing including but not limited to PF, ESIC, Employment Exchange, Department of Child and Woman welfare, Labor department, etc.
    • Responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to be conducted on monthly basis in the vicinity of and plant or/and the HO
    • Do monthly internal audit at the plant and the HO to ensure that we are legally compliant with all the local and national HR and plant related compliances and submit a monthly report to the management. Get a six monthly audit done by an external consultant and submit the report to the management.
    Succession Planning
    • Ensure that the organization has enough bench strength for critical positions so that there is no disruption in business activities in case of an employee leaving the organization. Succession planning to be done through internal training/exposure and/or external hiring
    Strategic HR Management
    • Managing the entire gamut of HR, personnel & administration activities on an on-going basis in synchronization with the philosophy of the organization
    • Create, monitor and define HR policies to ensure higher employee satisfaction and ownership to the organization and work
    • Responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan, budgeting and establishing of strategic HR role in the organization
    • Ensure that both the plants and the HO runs smoothly without disruption vis-a-vis manpower requirements, HR compliance adherence, local and national labour laws; Employee Health and Safety, etc.
    MIS
    • Help create and implement monthly MIS from all the departments to the management in collaboration with the EA to the ED
    Adherence of SLA and MIS
    • Adhere strictly to the internal customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Ensure all the employees of company are following SLA (generating and closing requests) religiously
    • Prepare and submit monthly MIS in a format as agreed and finalized with the management
    People Management
    • Build harmonious and conducive working environment with zero tolerance for any unethical, indiscipline or unrest in Team
    • Motivate, monitor and manage team in a high Growth environment
    • Ensure every staff in the company has defined KRAs and KPIs to provide better role clarity and performance measures
    • Close monitoring of team performance and pro-actively design to enhance their productivity through Training & development
    • Instilling company values & behaviors as demonstrated habits in the organization
