  • Dear Friends, Hello to everyone, I am back on this platforms after a long - long time.
    As some of you are aware, I have now spent almost 30 years in various industries and most of you have either worked with me in the past or are aware of what I have done.
    I have decided to create a series of videos to share my experiences with people. My focus area is Student Guidance (from school level onwards), facing the first interview, changing jobs, professional growth, skills required during the entire life cycle of an employee right up to retirement and post retirement options.
    So, it will be a series of videos on the entire lifecycle of each one of us. If you feel that it will add value to you, do like it, if any of your friend can benefit from the same, do share it.     Thanks for the video. I would request you to shed some light as to how to deal with favouritism and racism. There are policies to take care of such issues but if one raises the voice then extreme bad time for that person begins.
