@@eliazarcontreras3580 Hello, That will be great to have on this unit but didn't find any setting related to this. I think it is possible but will required a hack. For example, the way this unit activate the camera view, is when it receive 12v in one of the inputs. So, it will be possible to add a separate module/circuit to activate the view and the camera when the signal light is on. This is very interesting to me and nice to have too. I will add this to my to do list. Thanks! 😊
If I put a 3-way hack to the video input of the rear camera and I connect a cámara to add to the rearview mirrors and I connect it to the 12v cable that goes to the turn signal, when I put the turn signal it would activate the radio camera
@@eliazarcontreras3580 Sounds good, the only issue I see is where to tap the signal lights in order to have continues 12v instead of intermitent without the need of an additional module or timer. 🤔
Music is distracting. I just sent this unit back after I discovered it was not the right one. It did not support the heated/AC seats in my 1794 truck. Bluetooth and some apps would not work so back it went.
Thanks for the feedback, I will consider it for my next video. The firmware that came with my unit and for most of this units, was designed to be used in multiple brands and models. By default the AC controls were not aligned to AC options for 1794 Edition. After a research I found that you can customized or modify the user interface controls by updating some settings using an admin password to access it. @binh le Maybe the difference is just the firmware. I was looking at this unit few months ago but was not convinced at all because of the price and many bad reviews. This unit was almost half of the price compare to US sites so I decided to give it a try. I think that the reason we pay more in the US market is because of the support. This unit has no instructions and I had to do my research. Fortunately most of this unit are very similar. So far I am happy with it. It recently started to pop-out from the top but there is a workaround to fix it. I will be uploading a new video soon with this and all the details for the install, review, configuration, and more. 🙂
Can I conet 2 camera at the side
Good question! Just to confirm. You are refering to add for example one camera under each side mirror to see it one at a time at anytime?

Do these radios work with the steering wheel controls?
Yes, It works. Volume up/down, seek next/prev. , mute/unmute, and switch modes. Voice command button show the phone options on screen.
