Hey man, massive tutorial , thanks for all the good work youre doin :) One question, after leaving (Box collision overlap end) the obstacle, somehow Set Ignore Look Input does not bring back the input (I can move but no mouse movement)..not sure if anyone else has this problem
No problem :) and make sure you set the Boolean of Set Ignore Look Input to be false because you don’t want it to ignore the look input
There are a bunch of other tutorials out there on this mechanic but they're mainly for third person or they look very janky

Hey I love your tutorials. I have an unrelated question though. Can you make a tutorial for source control/version control in ue5? I've tried using github but it cant support big files especially for models and assets and I wish there was a free and powerful source control but I can't seem to find anything like that. If there isn't, what do you recommend I do?
There actually is a way to use github, you just need to download git lfs which is used to download big files for github and can be used for ue. Also, you need to have github on desktop . If I get time soon, I'll try to make a tutorial on it :)

Hey dude, i've tried 2 times to make this puzzle, but i can't manage to enter it, i press e and nothing happens. how can i contact you and try to solve this issue? I can't enter the discord as well, it pops up an error.
where did your return node did interact? go from the last tutorial? and why did it change from Interact to OnInteract? Due to this and my interface being set up like your previous tutorials I am unable to make my Interact into event, because an error appears saying it can't have any output parameters

@@jakepeterson6488 I understand making tutorials is not easy especially for this level of coding, but this part seems like a crucial overlook. What I did is I made another interface just for this obstacle/ puzzle. Idk if this is the right way to go forward but you can give it a try
Sorry for the confusion, all you have to do is get rid of all the references to implementation of the old interact interface in all the blueprints and then delete the interact interface and make a new one called BPI_Interact, then create a OnInteract event and make the input of type bp_firstpersoncharacter and make sure there is no return node, this will solve your problem and will allow you to implement the interface and use it as a proper interact event! hope this helps :)
