Nice video Rich. I use similar methods with a bench vise or sometimes a C clamp. Also use threaded rod with sockets/spacers to remove and install swingarm bearings and wheel bearings where I am unable to use the bench vise or C clamp. Thumbs up dude.

Awesome. Which vice is that by chance?
It is a cheapo vise from Amazon but it has worked for me doing light to medium work. Not sure what "name brand" it is.
