    I did a three mile walk with this meditation, had to back it up for my walk was 50 minutes. I enjoyed it very much. It kept my mind off things I shouldn’t be dwelling on. It made for a much healthier walk. I enjoyed the music and content.

    I went for a walk and started observing my outer environment. It was so peaceful outside and I was trying to pay close attention to everything around me. I love the idea of experiencing the world through the eyes of a child. I was sensing everything in the outer world. What a great idea for practicing mindfulness with breathing and rhythm. Thank you so much for this walking meditation!

    I'm walking a trail near my house enjoying this. May everyone going through this meditation be filled with an abundance of inner peace :) I'm then going home to make some tea and do some mindfulness exercises from the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's a great day :)

    Not for me 😄 It makes me wanna listen to music and dance. Rip meditation. But thank you for this experiment
