So basically there are two viable kerrigan builds, depending on the matchup. Ravage build for when they have a lot of fast moving squish, and combo build for when they have a lot of big slow dudes.
The only change u make between the two builds are lvl 4 and lvl 7.
Lvl 1 u take fury of the swarm, if u take anything else u might aswell start running it down mid.
Lvl 4 u either take q quest(ravage), or kinectic fulmination(combo).
Lvl 7 u either take boundless fury(ravage) or bladed momentum(combo).
Lvl 10 is strange as both of her ults are very viable. A well executed ultralisk combo is gonna 100-0 any squish, but maelstrom gives her a huge teamfight prescence. I take ultralisk when I'm feeling flashy, and maelstrom when i know i have a good healer.
Lvl 13 u have two options, u either take chrysalis when u feel ur being lockdowned hard (also u can now cancel it early for a surprise combo). Or 10% extra shield when ur not being lockdowned hard, for added teamfight sustain (ur healer is gonna thank u).
Sidenote: with the added shield some of her matchups suddenly swing in her favor. Example: Pre-13 kerrigan gets bodied 1v1 by imperius. Post-13 kerrigan (with extra shield) completely bodies imperius 1v1, he can't even reliably punch through her shield anymore at that point, and neither can most tanks.
Added sidenote: if u picked ultralisk lvl 10, u can't go for extra shield lvl 13, as it just dosen't synergise that well.
Lvl 16 u take painful spikes, and please for the love of god stop picking extra spellpower, I know 35-40% seems like a lot, but it really isn't, espicially when u consider that a seizeable chunk of her damage actually comes from her aa's, which can actually proc painful spikes.
Sidenote: u actually pick unbridled energy (35% spell power during ult) if u have acces to nano boost, but that is very a niche scenario.
Lvl 20 u pick psionic shift. A Surprise blink combo is a game ender at that point in time, and it also gives her access to something she sorely lacks; a method of escape when things go south. Learn to do a quick blink combo, and DON'T EVER PICK ANYTHING ELSE at this talent tier.
Sidenote: There is some mechanical mastery to be had with this talent, as u can cancel both Q animation, and E animation by blinking, for added bamboozle and flair.
Tips for someone wanting to pick up kerrigan: Learn to land ur combo EVERYTIME, as missing it basically takes u out of the game for the next 10-14 seconds. Combo placement changes depending on enemy Movespeed, comboing things like Lili, is gonna be different than comboing most other heroes as she basically has 20% extra ms at all times. Learn that sometimes holding back ur combo is the better play(engage but dont combo, then watch them sidestep like a headless chicken, while ur ranged carry picks up the kill). Learn ur matchups, know at what points in the game they beat u, and at what points u beat them. And don't bother comboing tanks, unless u know it will lead to a kill.
And as with all melee carries, u really need a dedicated support(pocket) to really shine. Things like Tyrande can turn a well placed combo into a death sentence by following up with lunar flare, Ana can nano boost and turn u into a killing machine, a dedicated Morales can make sure u survive the first spikes of burst and cc, and Deckard Cain is basically a combo support, perfect fit for a combo assasin, wouldn't u say?
Lastly, kerrigan is not very strong in the current meta, and heroes like Alarak and Maeiv can do basically the same things she can do, just better, and has to commit much less to do it. So play and master her at your own descretion. (Don't come back crying to me about how u can't get gm with ur off meta pick).

08:17 Nice example of catching someone at the end of primal grasp. Jaina has no way to go but towards you, if she reacts quickly enough primal grasp pulls her further towards you but that's hard as she may misclick aa you and still get caught.
12:53 Respect to Grubby, something goes wrong, first question he asks is what could I have done better whereas a lot of people like to blame something else. But he says Greymane got away because he missed the combo. Give yourself some credit, you didn't miss it, GM took a riskier route which was not predicted to dodge it. Could have waited to see what he would do but could have missed as he instantly E away where you would have predicted it. Not everything is 100% guaranteed.

Hey grubby, i think stasis is better than spellpower at lvl 13, since u dont have any escape and u have enough dmg without the spellpower. You can do a lot of tricky things with that and its mor safer, just jumps in, land the combo stasis, if they focus u then ur team should be able to demolish all

Hey Man, I hope you shoot even more videos about Sarah. I did not like your build, mainly because of the first talent, almost every game I take Assimilation Mastery and it , in my opinion, is more useful than the other two.
Clean up the line without having AoE auto attack, you can just pull up all the minions and wait for Psionic pulse, than kill them 1 by 1 with Ravage and some aa. I don't need Fury of the Swarm for that.

Only viable lvl 1 talent is fury of the swarm, the value of a well placed aoe aa is miles beyond anything the other talents can provide. It also synergises well with the the only viable lvl 16 talent, painful spikes, as it procs the extra damage, and if u go bladed momentum lvl 7 (which i often opt for instead of boundless fury, depends on matchup) it procs that aswell. It even synergises with boundless fury, as more Q's leads to more aoe procs.
Also the 10% extra shield from aa is gonna provide the same amount of shield (if not more), over the course of the game, as contrary to popular belief, kerrigan is an auto-attack hero at her core. She dosen't have the highest Ad or As, but if u can hit 5 heroes with one aa, it weighs up for that. (It's almost like her aa capabilities are balanced around having access to that talent, and not picking it, is gonna be a big detriment to her overall perfomance).
Also, regarding the video, never pick anything other than psionic shift lvl 20, a well executed blink combo is a game ender. I can't count how many games have been ended, by blinking over a wall and comboing enemy squishies, while they were busy doing camps or some other shit.
Source: high master kerrigan main, and ur kerrigan has to be sqeaky clean, with all the Alarak and Maeiv abusers (basically kerrigan but objectively better) in the higher ranks.
Only reason I would change my build dramatically, is if I have Ana pocket, as there is a specific nano boost build, but thats an essay for another time.
I think you are interpreting that lvl 7 talent wrong, it grants free ravage for a hero hit, that symbol means you are not getting free ravage from this hero for 10 sec, am I right?

I read this the same. Will try Kerrigan next week most likely and try to learn this hard to master Zerg mastermind. Hope it does well and I don't fail.
I plan mostly the same build but think about the level 1 as the area damage will kill minions so stacking the lvl4 is much harder.
