Foolish Heart has to be next. Pure vocal PERFECTION - and an amazing song.
AGREED !!!
His voice is a gift from God
Amazing Steve perry.
"Foolish Heart" is my favorite Steve Perry song! You'll love that one!
FOOLISH HEART should be next. 😎
GREATEST VOCALS OF ALL TIME.....------****** STEVE PERRY *******
Grateful you did the whole music video version!!
She is so adorable!
I love him best with Journey in the songs 'Faithfully', 'Open Arms' and 'Who's Crying Now'
Your younger days? You're still young young man. I think many viewers of yours are 70s and 80s kids. We appreciate you and it's fun to watch reactions
No nephew. This video was Steve Perry (from his sole career) apart from the band Journey. Please react to "Foolish heart " by Steve Perry (during his solo career), and "When you love a woman " by Journey.
🤎🤎🤎🖤🖤🖤, and yes the lady on the video "Was" his significant other Sherri
I love ❤ this song so much always have
Totally 80’s
He has a lot of great songs from both of his solo albums. Like off of Street Talk, I love foolish heart, strung out, captured by the moment and from the album Love of Strange Medicine: You better wait, missing you, for the love of strange medicine and anyway. The last song he sang from the 2000s was I stand alone. That one was from an animated movie that he played a part in was Quest for Camelot
Steve always has been into Irish music and did some back-up vocals for Clannad (Enya's siblings).
you better wait is so good.
@@shawnfate2656 I love it. I like the long version better
Steve Perry solo
Foolish Heart
Strung Out
This is a song that I remember being in major rotation on Mtv.
A lot of memories and MTV
days
Thank you for this one ☺️✌️🎶
Have you done
Send Her My Love?
Feeling That Way is a great song from the flip side
The best voice ever 🎧❤️
he is even more amazing singing live
Missing you is a beautiful song by Steve
This video was also a protest of Steve's to video producers trying to turn a song's meaning into something it's not.
My ex is Steve Perry's cousin and looks just like him. It's hard looking at him and not missing my ex.
Strung Out another 🔥song off this album.
Great blast from the past and great reaction!
Great song
Id love to see your reaction to Chicago and their lead singer Peter Cetera when he began his solo career
This song throws me back to '86. I was in the passenger seat of my date's car (Rhonda with a Honda) & this song came on. Since it was newly released, I wasn't too familiar with it. In fact, that could've been my 1st time hearing it. She started singing softly to the tune & remember complimenting her on the likeness. With a semi embarrassed smile, she coyly shrugged off the high praise as we continued our "journey" into the night. Funny how trivial things like a brief moment in time can stay lodged in your head for decades to come.
I love Steve Perry. Love Journey. Check out open arms by Journey
My favorite rock voices: Male vocalist: Steve Perry
Female Vocalist: Amy Lee
Would love to hear more Evanescence. They have a deep catalog of amazing songs.
My favorite Evanescence video is 'EVERYBODY'S FOOL'.
You would appreciate this song/video.
Ever heard of Karen Carpenter?
@@elevenbucks5682 love Ksren Carpenter. Amy Lee and her band are more of my liking
@@kevinehle6637 The thing is I have never heard of her and I am an old man.
@@elevenbucks5682 I'm 58. Grew up with Karen in the 70s. She had the most crystal clear voice and her music was emotional.
Amy Lee's voice is also amazing and can sing ballads and rock.
Amy's song "My Immortal" has nearly a billion views on TH-cam.
Beautiful ballad. Reminds me Karen in some ways. It's so beautiful and haunting, it would be great fir you to hear.
Amy's group: Evanescence
Somg: My Immortal
Bro that's a good observation. But you are listening now and you recognize that these old classics are still relevant. Keep digging in the crates.🎧
Foolish Heart is my FAV from him
Talent is recognized thru any filter of music genre. If one is an inspiring musician, it would suit one well to be well rounded. If you listen to SP talking of his inspirations, he mentions Aretha Franklin and The drifters for a couple examples
Here is another song it is kind of newer and it shows he still has that voice it is called No Erasin and also no more crying
Baby you wasn't even born when this came out and for you to listen to it early on would have had to be about 10 or 11 years old for you to remember the song 😁😁😁
Check out Steve Perry's video for Strung Out. It's really amazing!!!
second Foolish Heart!!! next!!!!
"Dont tell me why youre leaving" by Perry. Check it out.
☮️💙💙💙🔥
Please check out Foolish Heart by Steve Perry! That is my song 🎧
Hello! :) "I stand alone" check THAT out!:) Tack från Sverige
I don't know if this is the same woman. But he was involved with a woman he lost to cancer. I don't think he's ever been married. He insinuated in an interview that the woman he lost to cancer was the right person for him.
She's her gf way back 80 to 86.. the one with cancer was in 2000s already
@@corazonyee7717 I knew that part...I just want sure if she was the same woman he lost or not. Either way...its sad .... Always thought it was cool her did this song for her! Sherrie did stick with him for a while.
@@Sunny-jz3dy I believe I heard they are still friends.
@@cindyknudson2715 Thats nice! 😁 Glad to hear that...not everyone is able to remain friends after a break up.
Sherrie was his girlfriend at the time. Neither of them ended up getting married at all.
That was his girlfriend!
Great blast from the past and great reaction!
