@@WARDISWARD Yep been doing this stuff on my h8000a and using resampling to do the same sort of stuff. Its awesome a plugin is actually starting to do this stuff though, it is good the old ways are now being bought forward into modern sound design which has been getting progressively lost in the dilution of 'all in the box' editing instead of a chained approach.

UVI is my favorite VST maker. Between their highly-configurable sampled libraries (like OB Legacy) and their fun and inspiring stuff like Drum Designer and Relayer, they are awesome. SweepMachine is especially useful...it's so much better than relying on audio samples or creating a ton of automation and layering to achieve the same thing.

can't help but to say this is the right way to make a delay vst. the gui is simple and easy to understand plus all the extras make this effect a monster
I just found and got this, honestly my absolute favourite delay vst.
best demo driver (Dan the Man Worrall) and perhaps the most flexible tap delay i've ever used. UVI will have MORE of my money soon!
in my experience, Dan is particular about who gets his voice. I don't believe he's ever done a demo for a dud ;] ...so for me, the moment I hear his voice on a new demo only means that I must soon make room in my budget for "x" ;)
I am getting it. This delay plugin allows you without a fight to manipulate the sound with precision that other delays can't match.
Started sounding like Art Of Noise _Moments In Love_ around 7 minutes or so...nice.

Seems to be one of the best and most advanced delay VST's i've seen so far.
QUESTION: Does it have a Ducking knob (0%-100% dry/wet)???
A ducking knob automatically turns down the delay effect when the original (dry) signal comes in and automatically turns it back up again when it's finished.
It ducks the delay.
It can be bypassed (set Ducking knob at 0%) up to fully wet (100%).
+soundshout There's no ducking knob. Feature request forwarded to the dev ;)
+UVI You can check a video "Reason Micro Tutorial: The Echo" at 3:36 to see exactly what i mean in detail.
You can just do this manually in your DAW though. Send this delay on a bus at 100% wet 0% dry, then insert a sidechain compressor on that bus channel, and send the sidechain on the compressor to the audio track that is being effected by the delay and you will get the ducking of the delay when the original audio is being played.

Do all controls have midi learn?
It depends of your DAW as MIDI Learn for FX is not available in all of them. So we recommend you to download Relayer 15-day trial version so you make sure it works fine in yours :)
