    Hello, fellow sink-mark removing modeler. Your tutorial is definitely spot-on, including the tip about using super glue instead of the inferior lacquer putty or sprue putty. As with most modeling steps, removing sink marks is mostly for our own satisfaction as WE CAN see it when we look at the painted model, even if it's in matte finish. It just sucks somewhat that the step is not time-efficient but I always appreciate models that remove sink marks and mold lines because I myself know the amount of effort done to improve the surface quality. Even in my OOB painted builds, I always put added work in not just sanding, but also sharpening edges and thick parts as it just looks more "correct". I just had your video on my random video-surfing so i'm glad the algorithm pointed this out to me. :)
