The B triple driver should have his license taken away! Vehicles stopped on a section of highway that have double solid lines and he is at a height in his vehicle that he should have known it was road works! Bloody bastard!
What's a B triple? 😂 They're 3 full length semi trailers so it's called a road train. But it's a pretty stupid move on his part, especially if he has live cattle aboard. I'd hope he was just trying far too late to stop without hitting anyone... And not actually just powering through the road works. I'd love to know the full story behind this one.
@@NandyNTI drive this road. The traffic controllers put out plenty of signage and warnings of road works because they know it’s a popular highway for road trains. I have a 2 way radio in my car and I can always hear road train drivers talking to the traffic controllers to let them know when they are approaching the road works so the driver in this clip would’ve been hearing it way before coming to the road works. Also road train drivers talk to each other to let them know for any roadworks they are approaching. That driver was reckless and dangerous and needs his license taken away.
Look at the blue grey smoke coming from the bottom. That trucks brakes were burning and it was never going to stop. Why that happened in the first place is definitely on the driver, but the second part where he/she chose to risk their own life by going down the wrong side of the road instead of potentially killing multiple people by ploughing into a line of parked vehicles, is something they should be commended for.
These videos should be a source, police and Department of transport to immediately revoke licenses. I’m aware the only setback is proving who was driving. But when they get out after stopping in the middle of the highway and look directly into the camera. Licensed revoked permanently.
Well they issue fines without knowing who is driving. I think at least a letter to let people know they have been seen might put the wind up some people.
The issue of who's driving has never stopped the government. They could simply do what they've always done, issue the fine to the registered owner, and if it wasn't them, they nominate a driver. Also, obligatory *licences, this is Australia.
In the uk fines are issues to the registered owner of the car, and they are then obliged to either confirm they were driving or disclose the details of whoever it was driving if it was someone else.

I've seen one similar to that, but it was in Russia. 2 vehicles had an accident in the middle of a busy 3 lanes freeway/highway, and occupants from both vehicles all got out to have a chat and inspect the damage, all while cars and trucks whizz by at 100km/h.😬 I was holding my breath while watching it for the inevitable to happen and a fatality or two, but the clip ended.
@@metarugia3981 I've seen that clip too. At least there is a TINY bit of flawed logic there as the traffic laws in Russia mean that if you have a collision, you aren't supposed to move your vehicle like, at all. Which is dumb as fuck.

It gets scarier when you go inside, see the trouble some of them have manoeuvring a shopping trolley around, and catch yourself thinking "They're going to leave here and get behind a steering wheel.".
They are just clueless fucks. They won't see anything wrong with this. You'll ask why the stopped, and they'll respond "because that's my exit, I can't miss my exit." And then you'll ask why they got out, and they'll respond "to see if there's any damage on my bumper." They're fuckwits.

Its a road train no B triples... and its also called a beef bus or lamb bus depending on the cattle inside ;)
11:43 Love the music match-up in that clip - "Nothing's gonna stop us now!" (Except for two idiots in a CR-V)
Leaning on the horn like he did after already having hit them, I think it may have been the truckie's mantra.

In other countries they are.
In the uk fines are issues to the registered owner of the car, and they are then obliged to either confirm they were driving or disclose the details of whoever it was driving if it was someone else.

2:20 is a shocker. I remember a risk manager telling me once that the risk of being hit by a car is 20-30 times greater within 1 meter of the curb. I always stand at least a meter away from the road at the lights for this reason.
What's even more dangerous is if you stand directly on the road. I was told you are 86% more likely to be hit by a car.
I thought that there was no way DCOA could bewilder me anymore and then the last clip happens.
I've seen one similar to that, but it was in Russia.
2 vehicles had an accident in the middle of a busy 3 lanes freeway/highway, and occupants from both vehicles all got out to have a chat and inspect the damage, all while cars and trucks whizz by at 100km/h.😬
I was holding my breath while watching it for the inevitable to happen and a fatality or two, but the clip ended.
