Thank you for the tip! Vanilla powder isn’t readily available for me unfortunately. For this recipe I want the almond to stand out and the vanilla to just balance the flavour, rather than be the standout flavour. If I want a punchier vanilla flavour, I tend to use vanilla bean paste. Do you know how that compares with the powder, out of interest?

I suggest trying to use vannila powder ,It isn't like the extract and really adds a good kick to it

I've not heard or had experience with vanilla bean paste so I can't say a difference
