What type of cocoa powder would you use?
Hi Rachel, I'm not sure where you're based but I'm in the UK and we only have one type of cocoa powder here. I used a Tesco branded one for this recipe as it's my local shop. The vast majority of cocoa powder in the UK is dutch processed, so if you're in the US or elsewhere, use that kind. I hope that helps!
Thats fine, its just that i dont always remember 1st time round all the questions to ask u there leave new questions , if I do remember then yes i do ask 1st time round, nonetheless i meant i dont know my pan size , can I use springform, i do have springform pan and a muffin pan too but not which u use
