    Nice comparison, for the most part it is spot on. However there is one misinformation regarding the standard equipment. While true Lexus is more uniform (and generous) when it comes to standard equipment compared to Germans, the models are still divided into trim levels (plus some standalone options). What you have is the "sport package" which does come with ventilated and memory seats and power steering wheel among other things, but these were not offered as part of "base" package. So some of the things that are actually standard at all trim levels would be: cruise control, keyless, dual climate control, rain sensor, all the safety and anti-theft features...
    For modern buyers, IMO the one thing to watch out for is the parking sensors, as these were standalone option, not part of any package...

    A few remarks:
    1. The equivalent Bernz is W204 and for Audi it is the B8 generation. You have shown the older ones in the pictures.
    2. If my math checks out there are 15 speakers - 4 doors x 3 per door + 1 in the front + 2 in the back = 15.
    3. The electric seats, electric steering whee, seat heating and seat cooling are not standard, at least not pre-facelift. Not sure about the side-mirror dimming.
    I love your enthusiasm!

    • @VuckoHD
      @VuckoHD  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Agree because mine is a facelift and 2009 but IS250 2nd generation started in 2005-2006
      2. There are 3 speakers on the two front doors, back doors have two speakers per door.
      3. Maybe in other places like US but in europe I've never seen a IS250 2nd generation without all those features you mentioned
      Thanks! Check my channel for more of my Lexus videos!

    The cockpit driving position was the reason why I chose IS 300h over A4, 3-Series or C-class. It's so comfortable and natural position to drive. Of course it's not as sporty as BMW or as classy as C-class but the balance is best, and it looks much better than the rivals. And of course, when buying used cars, Lexus and Toyotas are the best in reliability by far.

    • @iworuuzz6721
      @iworuuzz6721 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      for hat Mercedes is known, which is luxury, this car does it better than its comparable c-class rival, it has so many extra features that in a normal c-class that doesn't come standard with it just looks like a pale nice looking car on the outside and a totally normal car on the inside, if you'd buy a c-class from the same generation as this 2nd gen is250 with the same features that the is250 comes standard with, itll have to be the most topped out version, and it'll cost you a lot more, heck I'm not even sure if the c-class offers both heating and cooling seats, I think its only heating, and the e-class offers both, which is in a totally different ballpark price wise

    Considering two Lexus models, which one do you think is a better choice?
    IS250 or GS300?
    One has amazing body design, the other has stronger engine, more space inside, and most stuff that IS has as option, in GS is in standard...
    Unfortunately, getting GS430 V8 is hard, there are only few mk3 available for lots of cash, while mk2 cheaper but difficult to find..

    • @noshabzaheer

    • @DanielDseven
      @DanielDseven 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@noshabzaheer
      Hey. I got GS300 for few months, changed to GS450h and still driving it. Considering overall fuel prices these days, I think it was a good decision. I wanted GS430, but hybrid is fine. Better fuel economy.

    • @noshabzaheer
      @noshabzaheer 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DanielDseven yeah the fuel prices are a major factor these days . But I don't want a hybrid car as of now due to multiple reasons therefore confused between the GS 300 and IS 250 . I like the looks of IS more but the GS seems to be more spacious and alot more in the market . How are the interiors of both cars in real life . The screen of GS looks pretty outdated to me . Is that the same with IS interior ?

    • @DanielDseven
      @DanielDseven 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@noshabzaheer
      Let's be honest, they both will look slightly outdated inside. These cars have some years now. That does not mean they are outdated technically. Some functions GS has are not a standard even nowadays for other brands. You can use voice control there, that was magic in 2005 and still is for many cars in 2022 :D
      The IS has nice look, but the IS250 is far from being a fast car. Unless you have a chance to get IS350, or you do not mind poor acceleration, don't have big family and you are not too tall, IS250 will be fine.
      But I would still advertise GS.
      GS300 is faster than IS250, has more space front and back, more extras in standard. If you want it fast but not a hybrid, you can try to find GS430 and.. install LPG in it, will be much cheaper drive with benefits of V8 that is very solid.
      If you have a chance, find some offers for both models and try to sit inside, go for a test drive.
      But keep in mind, you think you do not need too much space in a car, and then one day you go for a trip with a girl or friends, and you lack space to load all baggage and people inside.

    • @noshabzaheer
      @noshabzaheer 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DanielDseven thank you so much for such a detailed answer . I really appreciate it man
      Yeah that's a good idea . I am planning to find local listings of both cars in my city and go see them in person . That's the only way to get a good feel of both cars
      Thank you mate
