20:35 No longer works out of the box in 20.5.401. I'm reproducing these exact steps and sequence of nodes (except for a sphere in lieu of the boat) and there's no waves. Ocean's flat in all delegates. Edit: For future noobs hitting this same problem: Procedural preview node requires the ocean spectra .bgeo to be saved first from the ROP inside the ocean procedural (not made clear here if you dropped in at 19:12 or so for the ocean part ). You won't be able to bypass it with an op: either, as you'll get errors about op: not being supported in compiled File nodes.
I guess they did this because in all the other 3D Applications it's a separate thing as well. Actually I cannot tell if it's in "ALL" but at least all I used
I'm curious if it possible to just use render gallery view for interactive renders (instead of viewport) somehow? Or creating a local clone in h20 is the only way to achieve this?
Thanks for laying out these changes in applied scenarios.

Wouldn't it fit the USD paradigm better if the physical sky was an extension of the standard dome light instead of a new class?

Using a clone is (at least for now) the only way to to this
