I did this mission after achieving 100% Game Progress. I also took over all Gang Territories; that way the Homies wouldn't shoot randomly at opposing gang members.
I attempted this mission a few times. Each time the Homies were usually all dead by levels 8 and 10.

Hey Zmoonchild, I realised that the car you used hasn't blow even though there was exploison near it, does LVPD cars has more hp than regular police cars?
i love natsuki , at the end of each level the vehicle slightly repairs itself, and as the levels progress, the police car becomes more immune to damages, which means it doesn't take as much damage. It's the same in the Paramedic, Firefighter, and Pimping missions, but not the Taxi missions.

The homies with desert eagles rip through cars like paper, but only if the target shoots your car first. The only bulletproof police car is the invincible Ranger from the 2 timing trick with Barbara, so take that and a homie with a desert eagle and you are nearly unstoppable

I would like to add Bullet-Proof cars. The car used by Ballas to block the road at "House Party" is also Bullet proof.
But the best one is the Car used by Kane in the mission "Los Sepulcros". You need to tow the car before triggering the mission itself and bring it to your garage, this may fail the mission but will save the car. The car is both BULLET Proof and FIRE proof, it has Armored Wheels too so it doesn't get flattened.
It would be better if you choose the Homies who wield Dessert Eagle than 9mm pistol.
They shoot Dessert Eagle very fast as if it was a 9mm pistol 😆😆 the only down thing about it is that they can make the enemy car explode immediately which can affect the player's too...

Tip: for those who want to do this first spray all the tags so that the homies will have mp5s and desert eagles,stornger weapons that will deal alot more damage
I recommend getting homies with ONLY Deagle because the damage is very high and it can destroy cars in an instant with a fast fire rate

An impressive aspect of this is that you never check the map. The lack of a map is what made this mission super hard on GTA3.
This mission is easy on GTA 3. If you stay close to the target car and pause the game, after returning the target will leave the car and run away or shoot at you, all you have to do is run over and chase the next target repeating the process til the end.

I bring two homies with a Desert Eagle and one with an SMG. Their car gets destroyed in a matter of seconds, would be even quicker if there were 3 Deagles, but I want to have at least one with rapid fire.

So, your car was bullet & blast proof I guess..
Obviously not. For each level increase the police vehicle gets slightly repaired and more immune to damage. By the time Level 12 is reached, the police vehicle is more resistant to bullets and general damage. It's the same for the Paramedic, Pimping, and Firefighter missions.

When i do vigilante with grove street members they dont shoot the enemies. Im next to them but they do nothing, can someone tell me why?
The game is programmed that only YOU as CJ can hurt the criminals in the vigitante mission.
Homies can shoot at criminals car but only if they shoot at ur car

This video was made after 100% Game Progress, which gives CJ unlimited ammo on all weapons. The ammo indicator doesn't register the correct amount anymore.

Azizi Zizi you only have to do 12. You’ll get the message that your armors been upgraded but yeah. You only need 12 lvls of each side mission

What is the difference between LVPD and LSPD/SFPD
LSPD = Los Santos; SFPD = San Fierro; LVPD = Las Venturas. They're just different police agencies for different areas of the map. The police ranchers in the countryside and desert + the motorcycles are technically SAPD (San Andreas) which is state police.

Jaroslav Jancik Leaving aside the body shape, LSPD, SFPD, LVPD are almost exactly the same car except for two details: Some info about the brakes are different for the LSPD variant while the SFPD car's centre of mass is a bit farter from the centre of the car than the other two. Max speed and acc, weight, lights, monetary value, drag multiplier, flags and all the other info are all the same.

MAKE IT BURN, the police car is not indestructible, and there are no glitches in this video.
