@@NadiaB_NYC it has a more rich pastry taste to me, (butter sugar, milk) and with curry I like a plainer taste .it's not badly tasting just my personal preference.

Hi hi, mix 1 cup of each together but gradually add it to the flour just in case you need a little less.
