I would say , i have thyroid nodule on both the thyroid and was planning for surgery. But then my own research on google and all the wonderful video done by these doctors helped me in identifying the problem. And I stopped having any wheat product or gluten food, i have done a USG neck scan a couple of days back and it showed size of nodule is reduced , i was very happy knowing that and why not post it here if it helps others??
