    I so much enjoyed this lower body session! I just loved the complexes and what I enjoyed most was the mix of dumbbell and bodyweight exercises! It’s great to put the dumbbells down but to carry on working hard! Brilliant finisher...and for add on I dud Caroline’s other wall sit challenge! Alternate wall sits and planks for 15 mins! Great to revisit it! Have a lovely day everyone! Thank you as ever, Caroline! Matthew

      I agree!!! The dumbbell and bodyweight mix is a great mix. I have done a different 20 minutes add on from the Christmas edition as I don't have an empty wall.

      Well done Matthew 💫👋i will be doing it later on today + add on wall sit, i love this workout😉i can relate to what you said regurding wheights&b/w, the funny situation is when some days i pick the 2x 12.5 kg dumbells to the living room and i double check..because it feels like 17kg😆.but once i start its getting better🤗

      Hi, Matthew! Well done! That was a hard one again, we have started week 6 on a bang! Like you I loved how we alternated between dumbbells and bodyweight. The finisher was brilliant. Oh, well done on the other wall sit challenge, I so enjoyed it last week!

      Good morning Matthew!!! Great session and great choice as add-on... That video is awesome! I did wall sit but it was very hard!!!! The bw finisher crashed my legs!!! It's every day a tough challenge thanks to Caroline .... Today my chest is very tired! Have a great day ahead!

    Yesterday's chest and triceps truly KILLED me
    I was totally exhausted by the end!
    This one looks really tough
    I do feel really proud after evey single session Caroline! All thanks to your positive vibes , cute personality and beastly workouts!!

    Oh my! At one point I said to Caroline, "You're trying to kill us!" And her timing was impeccable! She smiled and gave me the thumbs up!!!! Lol! I could not stop laughing and kept giggling throughout the rest of the session. This was during yesterday's Epic Endgame 26. Killer chest and triceps. Yep! It was definitely a killer 😄😉💕

      😆 brilliant Rebecca!! I think that too sometimes! I do spend quite some time planning these and am pretty good knowing when to turn it up or down in regards to intensity, rest etc but sometimes I really think ‘what was I thinking’! 😆 always worth it though! Way to go Rebecca!!👊🏼🤩

      @@CarolineGirvan oh yes, Caroline! I know you totally have it dialed in as far as intensity and when to dial it back. Balance is key and that's why I love your workouts!     We have never been a part of such an effective workout program. The amount of progress I see is astounding. The workouts are so much fun it doesn't even feel like work having to get it done.

    Love complexes!! So fun, challenging, and rewarding. Great feeling of accomplishment after this. It was so so so so tough and the wall sit add-on completely exhausted my lower body!

    My new favorite low body, Caroline! I love a complex format with a set that you drop weight and then repeat with weight. Those deadstop lunges...no mercy! I feel incredible right now.❤

      U shouldn’t do weight workouts till ur body is fully developed on its own that’s 17-18 age. As u hinder normal development of all organs of body with training so early. Play games n indulge in dancing n free hand basic exercise

    I loved the beginning, the sumo sqauts &lateral walk followed plie' sqauts.the combination of b/w& dumbell is awsome and the duration felt so good allowing to focuse on each rep& form.the finisher was "clever"looks simple but takes an effort. Fantastic workout+the wall sit challenge. 🙏❣️🤗See you tomorrow 💫

    This workout was amazing my legs and glutes are on fire. The 100 rep squat toe touch was a great finisher. Thank you Caroline for the endgame series its both fun and challenging.

    Who else had difficulty getting a sweater on after yesterday’s workout, and with those arm circles in the warmup?! I really enjoyed today’s workout. I found the time went really fast and I wasn’t begging for the timer to end today, so I think it was a nice balance of DB choice with the BW too. I used 55#, 25s, 2x20 for the dead stop lunges. Got through the finisher in one long set…good idea on having us touch down! Did wall-sit challenge and here is when I was begging for the timer to hurry up and finish! That was definitely the finisher for me today! Thank you for another solid session. Til tomorrow!

      Nice job on the weights Alison! Today's workout was tough one but I still enjoyed it. Finished feeling totally spent but amazing. I really enjoyed the hand tap squat finisher. Definitely 100 quality reps with that form👍🏻! My arms and chest are very sore today as well😆..they don't let me forget it either.

    Fantastic LowerBody Sesh!! 🌟 Brilliant combo of exercises. Time flew. Demanding and So Loved it! Got challenging holding on to the DBs during the 1/2RDL to Lunge. Always Fun Finisher! HR raised & Super Sweaty. Legs are jelly now but they feel Amazing! 🤩

      @@JessVanDen Hi Jess. Yep, sore muscles can't stop us from smashing todays workout 😆. Just did it..only felt it in the 5min. warm-up and didn't bother me much during the workout. Only got a bit hard holding on to the DBs in the 1/2 RDL to Lunge. Great workout today! You'll love it! Enjoy!😊

    This is my all-time favourite lower-body workout. I did this for the second time with 2x12.5kg Dumbbells. For the Sumos and Plie squats, I held the 2 dumbbells together. Love love this workout. I added Beast Mode day 11 where I used 2x15kg Dubbells. What a combo, it was tough in the end, my legs were shaking, but I loved the challenge. Those Zercher Hell elevated squats, close stance Bulgarian lunges and the wall sits were challenging not forgetting the Sissy squats, those are funky and I loved them. 💥👌

    Definitely another challenge for us today! This is why we love end game, it is a continuous challenge - never a dull moment. My chest and triceps were crying and now I know what my legs will feel after this workout! I was so tired, I missed the optional abs yesterday! thanks Caroline for pushing us with this challenges!

    OMD!! Have a great workout everyone, this was a brilliant workout. The strength & conditioning that’s coming through these programs, both mentally & physically is really starting to show on my previously weaker muscle groups. Cycling (I do a lot of…) definitely helps my cardio & I’ve got the cyclist split calf’s 😂 but this sort of training is building the muscles all over my legs 😁 - something I’ve wanted for ages! Thanks Caroline 😁🔥💯

    I have to say this is one of my favorite lower body workouts. I was sore for days but loved it. Will definitely put this as a staple in place of more complicated days that have harder moves for me

    After yesterday, this was a welcome relief. Tough, gritty but do-able without extra rests. As much ad I love a hamstring lift, my favourite round was the staggered RDL to lunge. That was when the shakes kicked in. Much more enjoyable finisher too! Thank you ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

      Yes Nicola! I loved those RDL to lunges too! I really enjoy those flow movements. But so much enjoyed the hamstring lifts as well. Such a tough workout today..and gritty as you say. Lot of leg quivering and puffing for me. Haha but finished strong just the same. I enjoyed that finisher too! See you tomorrow 👋🏻

    Good morning everyone! My arms are dead after yesterday's workout! My back is sore too, because of the push ups😅. Leg days are my favourite but at the beginning, I am always scared! But after the first sets I really focus and embrace the burn! Let's smash it!!!

    Every videos, when I start, I feel that this is going to be easy-peasy, because first half of the videos I don't feel much, and then it is just hits me, barely do the rest of the workout. Sweating and breathing heavily, thanks to you and the amazing effort that you put in every minute. Truly admiring you, Caroline!

    Complexes workouts are always intense and the combination of dumbbells & bodyweight exercises is perfect, as my upper body is still on fire after yesterday’s workout ! 🔥

    Wow! This was really though but it went by so fast! I'm really proud of myself today for doing it with heavier weights and pushing through. I loved the finisher because it was hard, burning and satisfying to finish ! I really feel stronger and that is such a great feeling !

    That finisher was tougher than I thought it would be. This series is truly a challenge! I think with each series you increased difficulty which I didn’t think was possible 🤪🔥💪Love it!

    Completed Day 26 just now and understood that “Highlight of the Week “ means that ur muscles will remember it for the entire week !! Superb finisher and one of the tough upper body workouts !!
    Not sure what does “Firewalker” means - will come to know tomorrow !!

    Back to back brutal day from CG 😵 My upper body hasn't recovered yet from yesterday and this one came and finished my lower body as well 😵🔥 felt super hot and could really feel my heart rate getting elevated as the time passed by. The elevated dead stop lunges were 😵🔥

    I was happy to lie down on the mat at the end of today’s leg day. That was brutal especially the finisher 🥵😵☠️🔥 🔥. I’m still sore from yesterday’s upper body session hopefully tomorrow will be a better one.

    I loved this leg workout Caroline! ❤ Just the right amount of burn. Those staggered RDL to lunges were burning the most, and I kept my vest on for the first 50 finisher squats, and did the rest body weight. Loved it!

    This was BRUTAL! While reading preview for this week on Sunday, when Caroline said for a finisher: 'bodyweight finisher, it’ll all be about that 100th rep being as perfect as the first! ' I thought: oh great the finisher will be some 'easy' movement for sure if the last will be as perfect as the first.. oh silly me.. what was I expected I'm wondering.. 😂😂😂 Good job everyone!     TOUGH!!🥵 But then complexes always are😉. Lots of leg quivering, trembling, huffing and puffing during this one!! Such great exercises choices tho! Loved the sumos and pliés. Also really enjoyed the deadstop lunges and hamstring lifts. My hands and forearms were soo tired today and over holding the weights..very frustrating..but I just held on through when I could and set the weights down briefly when needed. Those squat walks and lateral walks were pure 🔥🔥🔥! The finisher was great. I really enjoyed the hand tap aspect..definitely assured quality control😊. It was a little mental challenge for me to keep going without stopping and I did it👊🏻! Surprised myself that my legs were able to hold on that long. But they sure showed their fatigue after..how do I walk again?😂. Thanks so much Caroline. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout. See you then!

    the cardio from sunday has my back(underneath my shoulder blades) LITERALLY IN PIECES. then the upper workout from monday was SO INTENSE.. NOW FIREWALKER ?!?! i’m hate/loving this right now 😂 but i feel so good after , ya know the pain subsides a bit lol. i’m so happy to have this in my life, changed me completely.. thank you caroline 💞💞

    The game gets harder and harder! I enjoyed this! I’m not a fan of complex format, but I love db/bw combos.... I worked hard! I also did the wall sit but it was very challenging after this workout and after that bw finisher.... My legs are still shaking🥴... Tks, Caroline, now I can’t wait for tomorrow morning 😁!

    Redid this workout and it was absolutely amazing.... I've used heavier weights this time around... single side loaded barbell for the squats... it took away the grip issue and didnt hurt my back... shows how much we have improved overtime....we miss u caroline 💗💗💗💗💗

    My arms are so sore from yesterday that my fingers started twitching during the finisher. I used my 10 kg weights I got today for some of these movements. I’m really happy with my strength progression.thank you !

    Yup this lady and and her workouts. Been a game changer. Just roll through whatever and back. I started with epic 1, then the 2 week sets and then the 1week sets then back to the epics. I hope the universe pays you back some way for putting your videos out there for whoever to use. My opinion there world class. Professional .

    Oh yeah, that was a killer!!! My legs are still shaking 15 minutes after this workout. We haven't done a complex leg day for quite a while. It was nice to keep going at my own pace and really feel every rep.

    I was right to be afraid! The dead stop lunges are tough! But even though the timer is 2.5 mins per complex the time goes by pretty fast. Great workout Tnx Caroline 🍀🙏😍

    I have been doing CG workouts for over 2 years now. I did this leg workout yesterday. I have never in my life been so sore after a workout. Wow! I could probably use the assistance of a walker for the next few days.
