    Caroline- I recently tried a Cross Fit class near me. The instructor was impressed by how well I did on my first try and wanted to know what gym I came from. He was surprised when I told him I work out at home....all credit goes to you. On my own, I take it easy. You push me harder than I ever thought possible. I don't love it going through it, but I love the fitness results. Thank you for building this community. You're amazing and I appreciate all your hard work more than I can say!

    Day 6 done. I used two dumbbells of 8 lb each one. I hope to increase the weight next time
    January 12 2023. Day 6 done. I used 10 and 15 lbs dumbbells ❤

      I really appreciate this comment. I try to match Caroline’s dumbbells recommended weights in lbs and did the entire workout using 17.5lbs and struggled. I only started doing dumbbell workouts in May/June 2023 so seeing your progress too is refreshing.

    Oh man... I chose the wrong day of the week to wait to shave my legs. Not sure how I'm going to stand in the shower after this one! LOL I love this series so much. I feel it changing my body and mindset every day. Caroline, you've really blessed us with the free access to these workouts. Truly. Thank you!

    WOW…thank goodness this was only 30 minutes long. This workout was intense! Had to stop a couple of times otherwise my legs would’ve melted. Thank you so much Caroline for pushing me to do something I would’ve never done on my own! 💖

    I can't say it enough: I LOVE Iron Series so so much! Never have my legs shaken like after this quad workout. Thumbs up to anyway doing the suggested add-on but I'm going to pass. Going for a long walk, and that even feels like a challenge 😀 Thank you Caroline, your channel is the best!!!

      Yes, Absolutely. First workout of iron series made my legs shake, simple things like walking or going down the stairs were like challenge and here first workout leg workout of second week also shaken my legs. Ahhh!!!!! I love how it feelsssss🔥. I can't even think of doing add on workout🤣

      i made it through 6:30 of the add on and then said I cannot possibly give or do anymore so I stopped by hey I crushed the Iron series portion so Im happy!!! Jello legs!

    After finishing this workout I had to walk back to my house - I felt like a newborn baby giraffe. It looks so simple and innocent - 30 minutes, what could be the harm in that? How wrong I was! Thank you Caroline for this workout and the iron series!

    My Bulgarian lunges are much more manageable now, I had never done one before CG. Now I can do body weight. I split the one minute to r/l sides. 30 each. I am proud of myself for finding commitment to improve rather than go hard and avoid. My future is bright and my quads are noticeably stronger!!! Life is good. Thanks CG!

    I just wanna say Caroline. I love you ❤️ you’re a gift from all the Gods. People are saying their quads are shaking after the workout. Mine were shaking the entire time. I’ve tried so many other online fitness workouts. None even come close to the workouts you put together. And freeeeee??!?!? You’re An absolute beast!!     I found this so difficult. I couldn't do any of the sets in full 😢
    I was so happy when the 30mins was over. Not my best workout so far, but glad I showed up for myself 💪

      SAME THING FOR ME! I had the same thing! I actually was just scrolling to see if others had the same issue. This workout was by far one of the toughest for me. I never pressed paused as much as I did with this ☹️

      SAME. I have strong quads, but I just couldn’t get through without a break each set, especially when she pulled out the chair 😭😭 even though this comment is from a year ago, I’m still proud of you for showing up and doing your best!!

    Absolutely crazily in love with this new series. I did struggle today with the grip on the heavier weights I started to use. I did not want this to become the limiting factor for me. So I decided to wear my 10 kg weighted vest I use for jogging and then switched to lighter weights. Total load was still 40 kg.

    Oh my quads! I'm about a year and a half post ACL and minor meniscus surgery and my left quad muscle where my tendon was borrowed for my new ACL is much weaker compared to my right (non-surgery) leg. All those Bulgarian lunges sure made my left weakness evident and I'm so glad to be working on getting that strength back. This workout was so quad focused and just excellent. Thank you so much for creating these, I love them!

    Always amazed - you make me do things to my legs that even they don’t know they can do haha! But seriously, Caroline, you don’t TAKE time out of my day, you INVEST the time into myself which in the future will not only give me a better quality of life every day, but perhaps even make my life LONGER. I know its definitely richer, stronger! I am hugging you across the miles from Canada!

    My legs are on 🔥 🔥 this was awesomely hard! I had to crawl to reach my tablet to write this. Really like the 30 min format, I feel like I can push harder because we can do anything for 30 min, and I like the slow controlled pace. You gave us a winner, again 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    My quads are on fire!
    This session is my favourite since the beginning. I really felt my muscles working.
    As I know that I am sorely lacking in "strength" in my abs and core, I decided to add an ab session after each session. I hope that this will help me with my posture during the exercises as well as in my daily life.

    I LOVE the Iron Series!!! I love it because it is giving me the opportunity to grow muscle and increase the weights I lift. I'm 53 and teach, so I'm always on my feet and get in at least 12,000-15,000 steps a day! Needed this workout more than you know...I will definitely be repeating this one! THANK YOU!!!

      I just need to say this... My FAVOURITE quad workout so far!! I am repeating myself, I know, but the simplicity of the session is blowing my mind! Starting heavy with lunges, that using only bodyweight and finishing with burning sensation! Wow, loved it! Finished with bulgarian add-on and for the last 4 minutes I wasn't feeling like doing bulgarian's anymore(😂) so I just hold wall sit for 4 minutes. No I am certain that soreness awaits me in the future😂

    I’m repeating the Iron Series because I loved it so much. I did this workout this morning and I was amazed by how much stronger I felt this time around. Day 6 kicked my butt last time I did it. Love the progress I’m making with my weight training! Thank you for this wonderful series and all the wonderful videos you post!!

    Day 6 of this series and I can see a change in my legs. I'm almost 64, have always been active, running, cycling, working out of some kind. But lately, noticing sagging and lack of tone in my legs! I'm only using 10 pound weights till I feel stronger. Especially on the balance things. But the thing is, I look forward to these workouts! Challenging (very) but not impossible. And if you can't do it, lower your weight or do reg lunges instead of the so hard bulgarian ones! I'm doing the bulgarian ones, but I'm so shaky! Overall, this is thrilling for me!

    Caroline! I just lost my beloved doggie and I am very sad. Me and my doggie 🐶 usually watch your video together and he’ll watch me follow your workouts but he’s gone and I haven’t watch your video for awhile. I was scared cuz I miss him soooo much. But today I encouraged my self to do this workout with you and I feel a little better.Thank you for showing us all the movements. I had good times with my fur baby watching your videos together!     Did Day 6 before work and grabbed those heavy 45-pound and 30-pound dumbbells. Was so intense and I loved it! Doing the BSS add-on after work. It's bodyweight, which we know means NOT easier, probably a ton of time under tension. Looking forward to it- and going to try to get my son to join me. Fun start to the week. THANK YOU, CG!!

      I agree in regards to the incredible benefits to becoming stronger and definitely past the physical!
      I share my workouts with you and for me every day is a little different such as energy levels and of course this relates to how I’ve trained days previously but also what’s going on in my life, sleep, time of the month and also if I’ve had a weekend of perhaps eating out more, a birthday party or take away where due to the type of food my body will hold onto water, more food in my belly and my shorts are tighter! 😆 and I love it! Life is short and be sure to have fun next few weeks!👊🏼🤩

    so so so soooo good! I made it all the way through, I feel super proud of myself. Last year I could do barely any bulgarian lunges without the weights, and now I am able to go through a workout with weights 🔥🔥🔥

    Thank you again. This one really kicked my keester. Mercy. I was sweating bullets and I really feel it. Currently I used 15 and 20 pound weights. My goal is to get closer and closer to your weights (as close as American weights as I can.) I am having some lower back tension and having to stretch it out. I am loving this series though. I do not watch them under my account, but as a guest on the free wifi in the gym I go to. So I wanted to come here and give a like and a thumbs up.

    This was a ripper!🙃 I tried not to use lighter dumbells today and stuck with my 9kg and 12.5kg as my lightest and heaviest dumbells respectively. At a stage I was seriously conntemplating using my 7kgs instead, but we managed to push through that discomfort and doubt, so thanks Caroline💪
    I will say, my favourite part of today's session (or possibly the section most fresh in my mind) was actually the Bulgarian lunges add on - yikes. I got A LOT of practice in today, so thanks for that😁
    This was tough but I had alot of fun and I really feel like I'm starting to get back into lifting, which is wonderful!

      Hi Trish wasn't it a sizzler on those quads. I matched Caroline in the weights today. My first time using my 2x20kg and it was ouchie 😱 but ploughed on. Was so glad it dropped to 12.5kg thereafter. Like you my legs were shaking. the finisher had serious burn but loved it all. Had a few expletives throughout 😜😜well done today. I went on to do add on. 20 million Bulgarian lunges 😱😱 that finished me off completely but got there in the end. A great days work done today👏👏

    Day 6 complete! Someone poured water on my floor! Oh no, just my sweat! 🤣🤣🤣 I used 10 and 15kg for this one. I must say I found the leg on the chair hard because my balance is really poor, so need to improve on that for sure. Roll on DAY 7! 💪🏾❤️

    I am def in love with this series Caroline. Just wanted to tell you that from Dec 2021 to now I have completed Epic 3, Endgame and now Iron Series. My body is turning into one strong and functional machine. My quads are mad atm but they will live. 😁 Keep being the awesome being you are. Thank 💜 😊

    I'm lovin this new format. Longer work time, 30m duration, heavier weights. This entire series is GOLD. Caroline, you are the best!! My goal is to lift as heavy as you. I'm still about 5 kg behind, but making steady progress!

      Brilliant to hear! This is a perfect series for the gym setting! You can look at the description under the video and get your dumbbells ready! You can also perform pull ups or wide lat pull downs as apposed to pull overs, leg extension over heel elevated squats, or even barbell row over dumbbell row! The possibilities are endless! Cx

    This workout was hard! So glad we dropped to one weight and then bodyweight for those Bulgarian lunges. Every exercise was mind over matter for me today. Used 25lbs. for everthing except the goblet squats 35lbs. Completed the add on but, it was brutal!

    GIRL…my legs feel dead & my quads are shaking like crazy, but honestly couldn’t have been a better workout! On a serious note, I’m 14 years old and I play club volleyball. When I started volleyball, I was in the weaker side, hardly being able to rep push-ups. You have improved my health, endurance, & strength. I can now do about 15 push-ups non stop, which may seem small but is a huge accomplishment to me! Have a great day :)

    That one was horrible so hard. I found it tough holding position whilst balancing the weight and trying to get muscle connection. So glad for the final beep. Got through it and glad I didn’t give up. Thanks Caroline

    I went up to 15kg for the lunges. Wooooo! It was tough but I’m using this program to focus on lifting heavier. C is so inspiring.

    Ok…. Let me tell you something.. do NOT underestimate the 1 minute duration time!! I’m going through the peri menopause and have a bit of hip pain so did it very slowly.     Love these workouts! I started almost 6 months ago. Down 40lbs and feel the muscle increasing. 💪 One question I have is what type or cardio do you incorporate after a workout like this.
