It's actually healthier to use clean hands than gloves 24/7. Gloves collect all sorts of manner on them from, and after a while touching food with them becomes a sanitary problem. When you wash your hands between every preperation, it's 100x better. You would have to change gloves every few preperations, and it just collects too much trash.
It's *not* mandatory to wear gloves in the U.S.. They do it to avoid hassles from the Health Department. Gloves cause injuries if you're using knives at all. That being said, they don't cure meats with nitrates or nitrites, they don't use antibacterial soaps, etc.. It's not needed if your clean and keep clean. Gloves get contaminated easier than hands. If it's warm especially. Moisture and germs build up just inside the gloves and transfer to new gloves when changed. Just don't cross contaminate. Cold station Cold. Hot station Hot.

Buona qualità prezzo, ma se mischi venti ingredienti inutile esaltarli, come si possono percepire?. Ho atteso 25m al caldo per un panino che a svuotarlo e ricomporlo bene ne facevo 3 decenti !, era anche difficile darci un morso e non sporcarsi.
