I always get the roast beef po-boy. I understand people that get the fried oyster or shrimp, but the roast beef is just the most sublime mess ever created.
There are so many places to get great po-boys in New Orleans, but I must say, Parkway's Surf & Turf (fried shrimp with roast beef debris and gravy) is in the upper echelon. 15 napkins minimum.
This is the very best video I’ve ever watched on you tube. Talk about a dedicated shop owner looking out for his suppliers and his employees. The very best!
Now THIS was time well spent. I am a little envious of your employees that look to be part of a valued team doing a fast paced, delicious job. For me, this is a dream job.
