That’s a significant shift in favor of Donald Trump in a critical battleground from a notable non-partisan election forecaster based on recent polling trends that could decide the outcome of the 2024 race.

2024 is looking BETTER, but we need to fight like we’re losing and not celebrate like we’re winning.
This video is left leaning. If you go look at the polling yourself, there is a nightmare awaiting Joe Biden in November. allow me to give you one example. Biden/Clinton both won NY by 23%. They were polling at around 27%. Today, Biden is polling with a 10% lead. We see the same movement in 48 of the 50 states. Even California has a polling shift of 16% toward Trump. It is going to be ugly in November.

I think this forecast could be better. Trump leads in the polls in Maine and Nevada. He also leads by large margins in North Carolina. Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan all lean Trump. Pennsylvania I would say tilts for Trump and Wisconsin could go either way. Also, why can't anybody poll Hawaii? I want to know how the maui fires affected their voters' opinions.
I don't know, but this I do. I was in Hawaii last August and on a big marquee was this: "So sorry you almost lost your Corvette in a fire, Mr. President."
Hawaii is the safest Dem state as of right now (+30%). The last time it voted red was Reagan’s re-election forty years ago.

Defunding the police isn't about abolishing them. Its a bad term that has been popularized by activists on the right. It means that police shouldn't have to intervene in a lot of situations that don't require them, and some funds should be shifted back to mental health and community service programs that are much better suited to both treat and prevent those situations. Many cops have expressed support for that shift and would prefer it that way.

Why do we need a debate? They have both been presidents before. We already know what their policy preferences are. Debates are more for new candidates.

♥Better form of analysis (using the pollster that is the most accurate of them) than averaging good and bad polls which gives really bad prediction results. Still a long way out to November and some issues (such as abortion being on the Florida ballot) won't appear in survey results until closer to the election though we saw what happened in 2012 when it was on the ballot (and the red team got hammered). ♥♥♥

I think what you're forgetting is that the right wing tends to put a lot more value on charisma, rather than policy. Left wing and moderate voters tend to vote more on policy. I'm sure you're aware that the lower educated tend to vote for Trump. And studies show the lower educated you are, you are more likely to fall victim to marketing. For example: you will see way more right-wing people sharing memes that are false without checking to see if they are true first.

Wisconsin Trump 2024 strong
Arizona now expected to turn blue as abortion will be on the ballot paper. Florida to also swing blue (by a very slender margin) for the same reason. Wisconsin still up in the air depending on on whether abortion is added to the ballot, following Arizona's Supreme Court decision. Abortion turning out to be an electoral disaster for the Trump team. Trump, Lake (Arizona) and the whole RNC trying to back-pedal on this whole abortion issue now that they have seen what their own polling is telling them.

What is Bidenomics? Inflation has been bad, but that's mostly been due to price gouging by corporations who thought the system was crashing and/or taking advantage of the crisis. They've had huge profit spikes the last couple of years. Which in turn has driven up stock prices and made the economy 'look' good on paper.

A couple things to look for: check for most recent polls (although they haven't changed much since Dec), And look for those that AVERAGE all available polls within each state. This is the best way to try to mitigate the use of single polls that may fit the presenters bias but not represent the public opinion.
