    One of the biggest problems feminism introduced is the encouragement of sexual promiscuity. Many women have subsequently spent their prime years going through multiple partners, maybe dozens or even hundreds, and hence become desensitized and unable to pair bond with one man. Women with such a history are basically unmarriageable, as their ability to practice monogamy has been destroyed. They marry anyway, and this helps drive the high divorce rate. For them sex can be nothing more than transactional.

      💯 women gate keep sex and men gate keep commitment. With Chad she gave it up in an hour, but her future husband will have to wait until he buys that big diamond. Blue pilled dudes need to wake up.

    Very important topic, A vast majority of women are not happy and end up alone at an older age. Women need to reflect on what truly makes them happy. A spiritual life is important for both men and women.

    I was raise in progressive feminism. I remember being a child and wondering why my father coward to her demands. My father never hit me, my mother did and lied about it. I married and had a child with a feminist to appease my mother and sister, it was a horrible relationship and none of the women got along. Our son suffers now while lawyers, judges and state employees get rich.

    Do women really ever know what they want? When they get what they say they want they are unhappy again within three days. One of my ex-fiances was addicted to shopping and buying shoes, purses, perfumes, clothing, she had an insatiable appetite. What it resulted was nearly 70K in credit card debt. THANK GOD I didn't marry her or I would have been saddled with all that debt!! I ended up not getting married at all and have lived a productive, contented and very happy life!

      Subtle difference : they know what they want in a specific moment in time, but what they want changes constantly depending on the moment in time. Pretty self explanatory : if everything you do and experience is perceived through your Emotions then that same perception is for ever at the mercy of fleeting emotions.

      @@andre1987eph yep. The ideal scenario for a woman is to be able to select the man with whom she'll raise her children, and also be able to select independently the man with whom she'll procreate. The problem is that this scenario is the worst possible for the majority of men who are not Chads and Tyrones. Raising Chad's or Tyrone's kid is no man's dream. Hence the inherent conflict. Today western societies have broken the balance by enabling women to pursue their ideal scenario too much. And apart from the Chads and Tyrones, nobody else is winning.

    I married a woman with an advanced degree who started on that path before we met. She finally got her big job break and makes a lot of money, but she's miserable. Apparently she's been shocked to learn that when you get an important high paying job people have high expectations of you. She is a "former" feminist and got everything she thought she wanted in life, yet is depressed and spends the majority of her spare time wasting away on social media. I have no idea what she needs to make her life complete, but it certainly isn't me and I won't be hanging around while she tries to figure it out...if she ever does.

      _on the point about everyone expecting more from you_
      Not only will the employer expect her to perform and have creative solutions to problems but even things that are not explicitly your responsibility like mentoring , motivating , leading (not just barking or parroting orders and expecting everything to run smoothly) but also family and friends will expect you to be there for them financially , materially and use your network to help them... It's like being a tree that is continually being harvested but not being nurtured or watered.

      Out of the other 50% of marriages, how many are truly happy? A whole lot less than we'd expect. They don't know what they got till they destroy it, leaving a trail of devastation in the wake they leave behind them. So many women live a lie, but I'm sure that there are women with a similar story, too. I'm convinced that we're eternal beings, and we're here to learn lessons, then we return to our source. I'm sure we'll find out why when we get back there.......I suppose I'm more compassionate, as I've forgiven my X, but I'll never marry again nor put myself through the wringer again.

If you cannot discuss matters like that, then what's the point of educational institutions? Suppress freedom of speech? Vilify people for expressing certain views?

  • @tides_of_truth4245
    @tides_of_truth4245 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    In the end, everyone is responsible for their own choices. Perhaps the hardest lesson for men and women to learn is that they need to follow their inner voices regarding their calling and path in life. In terms of women's statistical unhappiness, the ironic thing is that they can no longer blame it on men. If they are unhappy with their choices in terms of career versus family versus stay-at-home mom, they need to face the fact that it was their decision. One of the greatest truths is that following your inner voice will always make you much happier and your life much more full of meaning than obeying societal expectations. A related question which I do not know the answer to is: are women more susceptible to peer pressure and societal pressure than men? I suspect the answer is yes. Unless men and women find a way to put aside the vitriol and anger and come together, society is going to collapse in many ways. Mass migration are going to bring in cultures with a very different view of the roles of men and women. If those immigrants are able to reproduce at higher rates due to their differing views of male and female roles, then they will take over. Bye bye feminism

    Raising kids has gone down hill for the last 40 years. Moms have stopped raising the children, men have stopped teaching the hardness of life as they did. Mom now works and divorce has destroyed everything on raising kids to adults. With 50/50 now being the possibility of staying married on the first try, and 75 percent failure on the second. Thankfully the kid birth is going down. But now we have a lot of adult kids that have never been told "NO" in life and can't handle day to day stresses. And everyone has excuses for their failures and no one wants to except blame. Feminism has has given false hope to women and they were not raised to be feminine. And men have just as much failure , as the dad they never had, never thought them to straighten up and be a man. I thank my father for his attention to his three boys he raised on his own, because a mother decided to be selfish and turned her back on her responsibility of what she had 50 percent part of making. The inability to not properly manage money is failure, and the number one root-cause for most mental illness is financial instability.

    So I helped a woman relocate here from a less developed country, married her, got her citizenship, helped her continue her education with a degree from this country, and then helped her obtain and develop a high paying career. I did that because she said she wanted that but also because I did not want her to be financially dependent on me. Ironically now 12 years later we are less happy and will likely divorce. I have come to outgrow marriage and see it as an institution I no longer want to participate in. I have to admit as I watched her become more successful and make more money and devote more and more of her life to work and study, I became less attracted to her. Isn't that interesting? Almost like we're darned if we do and darned if we don't. I didn't want her to become dependent upon me but as she became more independent I became less attracted. This must be biology talking and anthropology etc. Talk more about that John. Thanks.

    50% of families end in divorce. In my opinion children need both parents in their life's equally, not only mother. In my opinion 50%/50% time share is the best for the children during marriage, especially boys. Fathers should work less and get involved in childcare, and stay at home moms should get at least a part time job. In the last millennia family was match larger - the whole village, boys joined fathers in young age. Not like today being raised by stay at home mother when father works full time or several jobs, then going to school where 90% of staff are females. Children should spend more time with fathers and other males in their lives, and if divorce strikes involved fathers should continue to be involved in child's life at the same capacity as before. Children need two parents who do not hate each other, and it is not as important if they are married or divorced.

All I wanted was marriage 101. Take me out occasionally and go to church with me. I did part-time contract work in social work and counseling and was blessed to mostly stay at home with my kids. My husband gave me hell for this. I pray my sons will be better husbands. Women do need to be educated and have the right to vote for the sake of their financial security and the stability of society. Thank you for this thoughtful video.

    I have 4 questions. Hoping to have honest, intellectual debate:
    1) Do women love men?
    2) Do women love other women?
    3) Do women love higher concepts (e.g God, State, etc...)
    4) Do women even love themselves?

    • @john-griffin
      @john-griffin  หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Great Questions! I think that you can divide women into different levels of awareness just like you can with men. There does seem to be a rise in the number of self centered women recently. Marriage is a financial decision more than a romantic one for many. God, state etc... also probably self serving for many. They cannot love themselves, but they will try to protect themselves by manipulating their world and the people in in it. Again, not all, but many.

    • @jamesgan8877b
      @jamesgan8877b หลายเดือนก่อน

      @john-griffin Thanks for your insight John. It seems to me that women just can't seem to love, maybe not even being able to love themselves, hence the rage? I'm aware I'm generalising here, but if we were to flip the questions around to men (do men love women l, do men love other men, love God, state, kingdom and love themselves), we will get straight answers

    • @jamesgan8877b
      @jamesgan8877b หลายเดือนก่อน

      Love. If they love themselves, why will they inflict pain onto others (both genders) engage in self destructing behaviour and promote destructive ideologies? But let's be honest, men who engage in self destructing behaviours, are they coming from a place lacking self love?
      Just to be clear, I'm posing these questions not expecting clear, immediate answers, but to stir (honest, civilized) debates and honest self reflection (for both men and women)

    "Women get lost and don't know what their role is"...not disagreeing at all but this is the mantra that has applied to men more so over the last 50 years that I can recall. Additionally i can name at least a dozen men that I know whose marriages fell apart when wifey started working ...could be other factors of course but it is quite a coincidence. My whole life changed radically when my now ex wanted to move across country to finish her psych degree. i lost all my friends family and connections and to this day live in a place that I really don't have any connection with.even my kids moved back east so there's really no one and nothing here for me . Unfortunately housing or lack of it and the expense and availability of housing in Australia is prohibitive ...I could go on but I won't. I have a relatively easy but insecure life in retirement; she's still here on a six figure income with property family and all the trappings . I should never have agreed to any of this but she is a radical femmo and I'm sure there are many guys with similar stories . I frankly hold her feminist indoctrination accountable for my circumstances as well as the general pro feminist societal ideology that has supported women to extremes in their ambitions as something normal

    I see dysfunction with my adult daughters. They work hard and are feminine in nature, but even with their mother remarrying (assuming she expected to upgrade her choice in a partner after 2 decades of marriage) she continues to be absent by doting over her new husband and his sons disproportionately to our daughters. It's disappointing when as a father, I've done the best I could to fill the void unsuccessfully. When we know what our roles are as men and fathers. It can be very frustrating when we also know we're never going to be a replacement for a nurturing mother.

    As John told in one of previous videos, once woman gets everything she wants, she gets bored. They need some excitement, fights to feel alive. Man usually want more piece and silence.
    Females hava a need to talk (complain) much more then men do, and who can a stay at home mom talk to all day long, 3 yar old child or her husband after hard day of work? The man probably talked in their jobs more then tier needs require, they want peace and silence when they come home. Stay at home mom talked to a toddler or a small child and wants to complain to her husband, how hard life she has, and that the husband should do more for his family. Stay at home mom lifestyle can lead to divorce quicker than situations where both partners have a job,
    Job is a place where women can get "No" for an answer, get to communicate, complain and argue with other collogues. Get some critical feedback and learns to handle it. If stay at home mom has a submissive husband, she gets none of it - and becomes like a spoiled child how needs who always needs to get his way.

      So well said! Precisely what led to my own divorce and no doubt myriad others. This is a "big picture" truth about marriage that has been lost/ignored for too many generations: we are fools to expect so much from marriage, and these expectations inevitably become disappointments. Do a YT search "marriage is a humble institution" for a video "Why Most Marriages Fail". About 5 minutes in, you will hear the theme of your observations affirmed.

    It's ironic feminism promotes choice and freedom for women. Now women forced to participate in the workforce and expected to adopt masculine roles and denied the choice to nurture a family and household. We're all working to pay for other people to raise our kids. Little wonder the fertility rate is plummeting. The younger generation are not selfish. They're being eaten and there's nothing left for them to be able to grow families. It's absolutely tragic.

    A majority of people today won’t want to hear the truth, but since the widespread teaching of evolution, we have turned our backs on God. We reap what we sow. He said “Male and Female” they were created. We said, we’ll show you: people can be whatever they want. He said “Be fruitful and multiply”. We said, we’ll show you and not have babies anymore. In Genesis 3:16 it says that it will be a woman’s desire to rule over a man, but he will rule over her. The beginning of feminism. Surprised? All in the book of beginnings.

    No need to go gay. Go asexual...before marriage entanglement as asexual, in one or both partners, is common in heterosexual marriages after the first few years.
    Middle class unmarried women entered the workforce in the 1920s. Poor women had always been working to a great degree. Then the post-war period, with the depression due to demobilization, spurred more women to be at home moms. This reversed as the 1960s proceeded till in the 1970s, middle class married women and married women with children entered the workforce just like their poorer counterparts.
    (see ‘Only Yesterday An Informal History Of The Nineteen Twenties’, Frederick Lewis Allen (1931), or look up "charity girls", poor urban shop girls)
    Feminism is a middle class woman issue. As my silent generation aunt remarked, she had all the equality she could handle, she went to work every day just like her husband. The husband she married in 1944, followed as he trained to go to the Pacific, then returned home to await his fate, having her first child in 1947.

      I read that in the year 1900 and before, when 90% of people lived on small farms, pre birth control, the average woman got pregnant 9 times. Maybe she had 5-8 children that lived and had to take care of them without modern appliances. She worked very hard but her life was filled with attention and drama with all those children, while her husband worked equally hard in the fields. That era has passed and isn't feasible anymore. So today women have 0-2 children, with modern appliances, and they are going to be bored as a stay at home wife. But the career option doesn't seem to make women happy either. I'm not sure what the solution is.

    I am a women and a casual viewer of your content. I rarely comment on peoples content as everyone has a right to their opinion. I want to clarify some misleading statistics and incomplete information that you referenced in your video. And before I am labeled as "a hater", I just want to let you know that I am an educated woman, who raised her children, had a career, and has been happily married to my best friend (husband) for 43 years. I get the feeling that you and your followers do not believe in happy marriages, but they do exist. I want to address your comment on men experiencing more violence than women which is true, however they are twice as likely to experience violence from other men than women. Whereas in 2023 73.5% of domestic violence victims were women compared to 26.5% of the domestic violence victims that were men. I also want to point out that we live in a patriarchy and that masculinity, femininity, and "A women's place" are social constructs. They were social rules that worked for a specific time in which women could not control their reproduction system (1960 and that is becoming endangered in some states today), could not vote (1920), and were not guaranteed the right to open a bank account or get a loan without a male cosigner (Equal Credit Opportunity Act in1974). Society has changed and so do the "roles" or social constructs of a society which is natural with forward progression. I would also like to address your statistic on the lesbian divorce rate which was taken from a UK study and not the US whose divorce rate is 34% (New York). In 2021 men received 42% of bachelors degrees whereas women received 58% and still women's wages lag behind wages earned by men. White and Asian women come the closest in the 92 to 98 cents per dollar, however Hispanic women earn 57.5 cents and Black women earn 69.1cents per dollar. When it comes to children whether women choose full time motherhood or continue to work is a personal choice based on their preference and the financial stability of their household. The United States is one of only eight countries that do not provide paid maternity leave and the other seven are third world countries. In 2021 women with children who were employed spent 2.3 hours per day doing household tasks and men with children who were employed spent 1.6 hours per day doing household chores and this does not even take into account the career hit women take when they choose to stay home temporarily to raise their children. Are there women who initiate divorces? Yes (69%)! Are there men that initiate divorce? Yes (31%)! I feel badly for anyone who has to go through this process, however if you take into account the society that we live in and the privilege that is experience by men (especially white men) portraying all women as horribly scheming dysfunctional individuals is really a disservice to women as well as men.

      There is much truth in what you say, but much that doesn’t hold up either.
      It’s true that the USA, and UK for that matter have a very poor support system for families with children. However, for men paternity leave is virtually non existent.
      It’s absolutely true and an appalling indictment that the majority of violence done to women is by men, mostly by those they know.
      However violence to men overall is massively higher, and mainly by other men. Male suicide is also far higher.
      Boy’s problems are often ignored, and the education system is completely feminised to the detriment of boys. There are seen as at best an irritant that needs medicalising.
      A combination of female hypergamy, modern technology, and fewer men at college has led to a large proportion of young men being completely left out of society. That’s so dangerous for us all.
      I also have to add that’s not a patriarchy doing this. It’s a matriarchy!

      As a white, self employed, married father of four who works very hard to keep the family going. I sure would like to know how I’m so privileged. Is it a privilege to give everything you have? I don’t own a house. Only have medical care for the wife and kids. Drive my work van. No retirement. Trust me there is nobody coming to help if I ring the bell. I’m grateful to provide for my family and be alive, but privileged? Nope.
      Also, women pick jobs that pay less. If i choose to work cleaning houses or caring for the elderly I am not going to make as much as a plumber or an electrical engineer. Since 1963 it’s illegal to pay women less for the same jobs.
      Please don’t forget about the draft. It’s kinda a big deal. I guess I am privileged by law to go kill myself.
