    I'm excited to have found your channel! I've been learning Mandarin for 6 years now and dabbling in Japanese from time to time along with some other languages.
    I've watched most Cdramas on TH-cam and there are a few channels that speak Mandarin even though TH-cam isn't used much in China.
    It is a big undertaking being a beginner in Mandarin but if you focus on being consistent, you'll make progress. I wish you well in your language learning journey!

      ahh that’s so cool!! nice to meet people who are involved with mandarin !! yeahh i’ve found that Cdramas are a fun source haha! :’) hopefully i’ll make good progress in the future, and good luck with japanese~

    Allahumma barik, your progress in Japanese is really good, it’s a language I want to learn as well. Keep up the good work! Btw try swapping out the music for another audio or go without. Your video has much benefit and I want for my sis what I’d want for myself hence not utilizing music due to impermissibility

      Jazakallah for the reminder, i no longer use music while i talk in my videos if you check my recent ones :).i hope you’ll also try learning japanese in the future!

    Hi! Chinese person here, you can actually find a lot of Chinese media on TH-cam but you would have to search words in Traditional Chinese (mainly Taiwanese content)

    • @nias_nook
      @nias_nook  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ahh thank you for telling me! yeah i tried and i mainly found taiwanese videos but there are definetely a decent amount of videos from mainland chinese creators !

    Hey! A mandarin learner here!❤i have been studying mandarin for like- 3 years+ now😅 i just want to say your vids inspire me alot to continue learning and improving my Chinese!😊 Even though ive learned for that long i am still pretty much a beginner bc i still can't understand fast chinese even though they are asking simple quetions like ”你知道你要做下个星期?“ but im starting to notice my improvements! And if im discouraged i always remind myself what my goals on why i started learning it!🫶🏻✨ Ps. I recommend watching donghua/dongman for Chinese 😉

      @@nias_nook well for me? Not really...the sound of it feels quite natural to me....😅 I live in a multiracial country and one of the major races are Chinese people so I am surrounded and immerse with Chinese everyday you could say! So I feel quite lucky tbh....🥹🙌🏻

    Thanks TH-cam algorithm to show me your channel. I just got here, but I consider myself a fan because I like your charisma and your way of facing the most commons obstacles for languages beginners. I'm learning Japanese, and even if I know there's a long way to go, I feel more motivated to not give up.

    Wow! You’ve made wonderful progress in Japanese after only 4 months! I’ve also started the GENKI 1 textbook recently. I took one semester of Mandarin in school but you’re making me want to pick it up again haha. I also found that it can be a bit difficult to stay committed when you’re self-studying languages, especially with school and work. Having study buddies or teachers definitely help!

    • @nias_nook
      @nias_nook  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      this is so true! it can be very difficult yeah 😭 but we persevere when it’s what we’re passionate about and wanna commit to! also, that’s so cool you studied mandarin! i suggest getting back to it 🙏🙏

    • @cheshire_alice
      @cheshire_alice 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@nias_nook I really honestly might get back into Mandarin 👀 I realized I actually like a lot of Chinese media so it might be nice to actually know Mandarin haha. Also Japanese Kanji and Mandarin characters sometimes have the same meaning (very different pronunciation of course) so it sometimes helps to know one of them to learn the other!

    • @nias_nook
      @nias_nook  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@cheshire_alice precisely !! i thought the same thing… if you’re working on japanese and chinese then you can definetely spot some similarities with kanji meanings but not all are the same obviously haha. i recommend you get back to it + chinese media is plentiful to say the least hehe :3 happy learning~
