    ULIANA, I havent done yoga for 5 years, and you made me start again, but I see i become off balance very easily this time!!!!!!!...can i become as I was before with practice? I used to have great balance.

      It’s a yoga flow, which is good for mind/body connection and balance. It’s not meant to be a strenuous workout, Did you actually do the practice?
