Billy Whitlock - The Happy Bellringer - 1928

Born Frederick Gabriel Penna, 18th July 1874 was a singer and comic on the Music Hall stage. He played xylophone and hand bells and was quite a unique musician. Whitlock also had a vast recording catalogue, and was considered a remarkable engineer for the time.
He died 26th January 1951
