Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 is essentially based on Snapdragon 730 with underclocked GPU and overclocked CPU so this level performance is expected, especially paired with slow eMMC storage. Good job with the thorough tests, will be waiting for your full review with benchmarks.
Can you check if this device, or chrome OS tablets in general, have support for Google’s Find my Device feature, the same one you find on Android phones and tablets, yet??? Oh, along with if the device receives VOIP calls/video call notifications when the device is asleep, but not off??

Well, it's on sale at the moment. It doesn't seem to be a permanent discount so I decided to go with the MSRP price for this video. It's more than possible that the price will go back to the original MSRP in the next few weeks and stays that way until the holiday season.
Chromeunboxed documented an issue with the Lenovo Duet where its usb-c port did not support HD video out for extended displays, and instead required a convoluted DisplayLink adapter workaround. Any chance you can test the extended display resolutions in your final review?
I have this device and it will support an external QHD or 4K monitor. It does sometimes require a reboot to reset the device to recognize the monitor. This alone makes it a much better device than the Duet, which I also own.
Back when I made this video, I was able to install both GTA VC and GTA SA onto this device (& other Chromebooks) through the Google Play store. Unfortunately a few weeks after this video was posted, Rockstar Games (or whoever is in charge of the Rockstar's Google Play account) made changes to their Google Play settings for GTA VC and GTA San Andreas. These changes effectively made it impossible to install GTA VC/SA onto Chromebooks/Chrome OS devices through the Google Play store. The reasoning behind this move is not very clear. It's a little frustrating since it is still possible to install both GTA VC & SA onto regular android devices. The timing of these changes happened to coincide with the announcement of the GTA Definitive Edition, so maybe it has something to do with that? I don't know...Rockstar is a mess nowadays. Long story short, it's not impossible to still install GTA VC/SA onto Chromebooks w/o going through the Google Play store. You can try sideloading, but that's honestly a LOT more effort than its probably worth. Sorry. I wish I could be of more hep here.

I can not get GTA San Andreas or Vice city to install on my device . It says not compatible. How did you get it on yours ??
