If Method-4 doesn't work and the boot doesn't happen... You need to re-format the USB drive! (no need to hold any volume buttons) Download and use "Rufus" and pick the GPT partition scheme, not MBR. Then pick the file-system FAT32. If you use MBR and/or NTFS, the Surface won't recognize the USB drive as a bootable device.

BS mine won't reset the paring lights flash four time and the just goes out you don't know what your talking about

I’m commenting because I followed your tutorial completely, and it worked until I opened the game, where I received an error message saying, "Download failed because you may not have purchased this game."
