I have been looking for this shotgun for several years now. I finally lost patience and purchased several double barrel shotgun, bolt on rail mounts from online and made my Stoeger Coach and Condor into tactical shotguns. These bolt on shotgun mounts work great on my shotguns.

@@xtraflowhen you break it open, you need to break it open all the way to set the firing pins. If you don’t, only one pin will set. You won’t know until you try to fire both. Also, you can’t slam it close. It’ll be hard to break it open. Just need to remember those two things and it’ll be fine.

Pretty sweet, I like it at least. The auto safety really isn’t all that big of a deal, once you get used to the gun it becomes an automatic muscle memory thing..close gun, click safety off at exact same time in one fel motion. Not a big deal, doesn’t slow down follow-ups…given you really shouldn’t need a follow up if you’re using the right ammo. Whatever was standing in front of you prior to those two blasts will no longer exist by the time you’re ready to throw two more it’s way.
I actually understand the reasoning for it though. Accidents do happen. We lost a SWAT Officer here at a local PD, he dropped his loaded rifle and it went off, killing him.
I wish I could, This platform frowns on links, they will remove the posts and give us strikes, the light has long been discontinued, it was an old Insight Tech Gear Light. I would use either Surefire or StreamLight. The Ammo is Federal Shorty Shells. The Red Dot was a TruGlo, these are now on sale at Palmetto State Armory for under $70
@@yrsued I wouldn't want to be on the business end of any gun, who would.* Fine motor skills go out the window in high stress situations. Having an automatic safety go on after what could be a Hasty reload is a major Flaw. It's counter productive and a clear disadvantage. The shotgun is pretty i'll give it that. But that safety has to go.

In fact it's useful for them to not eject. You might be in a situation where you don't want to be looking for your empties or leave them laying around.

Two reasons: 1 SAVE MONEY 2 Less parts to break on a TACTICAL GUN!!! The last thing you want is your gun with parts that might break to have parts BREAK!!!
@@stevenrodriguez9655 When I shot Competition, I LOVED Bomar Sights, in my day, I saw my fair share of Bomars fall apart in the middle of a Match. Now that I no longer do USPSA/IPSC and IDPA, I don't see the need for an Adjustable Sight on a Fighting pistol, too many parts to break when you least expect it.
My best guess is cost savings, they wanted to make a less expensive shotgun and more of a fighting shotgun, the ejector mechanism wasn't really made to be that strong, I have yet to see any Sporting Clays shooter to to battle with a Krieghof..
@@yrsued The cheap H&R single shot guns have ejectors, so cost savings cant be the reason. And they would make realoads faster. So for fighting shot gun it would make more sense than for shooting clay.

Personally, I want the simplest gun ever, with the least amount of moving parts to break!! That is why I dislike Adjustable Sights on a Pistol, I have seen them fly off into the stratosphere more than once!!
Safety is a Safety!! Take it out, someone is going to have an ND and they WILL SUE 18"-20"... WHY?? 2" is NOT going to make a huge difference!! It is still over 26" for SBS Minimum which is good!! Ejectors, ya, but I bet that would increase the price, I don't know by how much though..

Remember, even though the legal limit is 18", most manufacturers make their barrels 18.5". Personally, I don't think it will make enough of a difference to make a difference, but that's just me thinking here and shit gets dangerous when I think!!

@@yrsuedit shows up in game (surprisingly) as a “Franken-gun” of the weapon seen here as well as the Maverick Hs-12 Thunder Ranch. In game it fires slugs so it’s a bit different than the one seen IRL (It’s why you are having people ask you about the possibility of it shooting slugs)
@@yrsued the one I’m more a fan of now that I’ve seen both is the Mossberg HS-12. It has the same tactical look at the one you reviewed but this one was actually looked at briefly by law enforcement and SWAT officers as a breaching/backup shotgun

Those are 2 glaring issues with this gun for sure! The last thing you need in a gunfight is the f-ing safety popping on automatically.

I don't have Call of Duty but I know that ejectors facilitate faster reloads, and on a 2-shot gun, reloading could well be critical.

Akkar Churchill has a 206 hd with ejectors in it. This over under is a beauty. I have the dbl defence but Im really stoked over this Churchill..

Why don't the empty hulls eject automatically like most over/unders??
This feature is not on ALL Over & Under, only the higher end ones, this is NOT that!! This is about 1/4 cost of what those shotguns cost.
In fact it's useful for them to not eject. You might be in a situation where you don't want to be looking for your empties or leave them laying around.
