G.I. Industries/Waste Management Volvo Amrep ASL Part 1

I have been wanting to get footage from this company for a very long time and i finally got it. I went out to look for the Mack MR Amrep ASL, but i had to leave before the other two trucks came and I am pretty sure one of the other two is the truck I am looking for. I thought this truck might be in this area and it was. The driver of this truck was a really awesome guy. Thanks to him for letting me take some videos. I will be getting a lot more footage in the future of this company and some of the other awesome trucks that they have.

Cool Video! Cant wait till you catch that Mack MR asl. Very rare, I have only seen a couple. I like the way this driver collects because he does not bring the arm in when he dumps.

very nice! You might already know, but this is an old Blue Barrel Disposal truck and I have filmed it before when it was still blue! LOL they slowed it down since they dont allow lid flips here though :/ great video and its nice to see these are still alive! I also would love to find that Mack MR as its a high priority to film by a lot of us it seems haha

@3amrepmike3 Thank you! Haha I did not know that, but when i was filming it i thought it might have been because of how it looked and sounded. I think they can flip lids just most of the trucks dont do it but idk for sure. Ever since i first saw the MR a wile back i have wanted to see it in action.

@WasteManTony Thank you! The caution things loooked brand new. Cool i think the LE octo is one of their more common trucks. I have seen a lot of them from GI. Do you know if the one that you saw was LNG or diesel? This was filmed in Oak Park.

Nice video! I like how the caution things on the tailgate are the same ones LA uses. I saw one of their LE/ Octos on the freeway a couple weeks ago. What city was this in?
