The truth is that many of these females NEED backup plans because they know within themselves that they don't have the skills that it takes to be a WIFE. Duty is having a disagreement with your husband and continuing to manage your household as if it never happened, NOT saying, "Well, I'm not going to cook or clean because you pissed me off." My aunt had to admit that she made a mistake and had good think. Beautiful home and upper middle class lifestyle at a time when most black people were struggling. My uncle was heartbroken but ended up remarrying and was happy before he passed with cancer. His 2nd wife took very good care of him in his final days. The programming has almost solidified in this young woman's mind. She says that she can be committed for life but the reality of that and what she imagines that to be is two different things. To young people, I was one of them, THINK it's all about the love you feel the first few months/years. I call that the "high", but the plateau is what mostly happens. That is when people bail the most "when the fun of the past has been replaced with the not-as-fun". As a male, I understood this as time passed in my first marriage and was prepared to see it through. In the end if they believe and want the "fun life", then they'll never make it through the transition to the day-to-day level of building a long-term relationship. I let a lot of things not affect my first marriage because I thought in time we'd settle into a more stable relationship. But the ongoing infidelity was like acid to our relationship, and it died. Literally died. I felt it when it happened and just stated "We're getting a divorce" during one of our discussions. Hope the young folks can learn and get past this whole concept of "strong and independent" as both genders are made by evolution to be stronger together.

Me and my wife got married at 24 and 22 respectively. It just takes maturity when it comes down to it. You've got to be mature enough to know when it's time to start waiting and settle, what you really want in life, how much time you have left as the prime of yourself. Plus this culture doesn't push the image of people growing old together. A lot of shows either have you people just hooking up all over the place for 10 years or the couple are mid 30's and or parents. I don't think I've seen many shows about young married couples 18-24 developing, but there are going to hardly be any married people in the future, so oh well, I got mines.

By 19 I was making more then my parents. Still with the same man nearly 15 yrs later. Hence why we have 25-30 year olds still living with their mommy and daddy. 30% of men are still virgins at 30. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Push them out of the NEST! At 23 I was helping my elderly grandparents & parents alike. Plus taking care of my own. If anything it’s selfish on both sides. It’s selfish of the parents to handicap the children and rely on a codependent toxic relationship. As well as being selfish from the child to rely on their parents when it’s their time to relax and enjoy all their hard work. Perhaps enjoy their grand children on the weekends etc. NOT supporting grown adults & their out of wedlock children.
(Simply because the prefrontal cortex is not fully developed does not constitute “child” sure they will be more likely to take a job across the country (which can be extraordinarily helpful in job growth) before 25. This was me in my teens and early 20s. As I got older (not yet 30), I realised that as you're working to secure the bag, you can and should look for a man whiles working yourself as well. Be polite and respectful. Don't assume every man is a potential cheat. Date with a purpose/commitment and have reasonable standards. Relationship is work not a fairytale. When you meet a good man, don't compare him to unreasonable standards. You attract what you project.

20 Fears of Modern Women (Must Read):
    1. She fears no dates from up, but from across or down.
    2. She fears no men focusing on her words or Womanese but her actions, including checking her phone.
    3. She fears no men to be manipulated and simping for her like a prize, as she has this inveterate unbearable entitlement and contempt for men.
    4. She fears boredom or a drama-free life, for she is insatiable and ungrateful.
    5. She fears her friend got a better man than her or her man stolen, whom she stole from another woman/friend during her last seamless monkey-branch.
    6. She fears feeling sorry not for her cheating but for its being caught, while she always got pumped and dumped from these unknown men and therefore climbed back to be with her beta man who mistakes her staying with him ''by force'' for ''by choice''.
    7. She fears her friends revealing her body count or what she actually did in those girls' nightouts/bachelorette party/Vegas or Cancun Trips, while she cannot help sharing her secrets as well as her man's privacy with them who are gossipy and bitchy.
    8. She fears no free attention, continual validation, unconditional energy from men, while she'll make no efforts at all in return and won't feel sorry for using up their resources.
    9. She fears it is not 6 digits income, 6 inches D, 6 feet tall, 6 pack abs, while she claims she wants a nice guy (to provide), by which she means she's going to find another chance to seizure the 666ers behind his back with the security and his trust in place.
    10. She fears men not treating her as an end while she is treating them as a means, given she loves them not for who they are, but for what they can do for her.
    11. She fears her man's money is not her money while her money clearly isn't her man's money.
    12. She fears bigger-better-deal men are wise/redpilled/KnowingHisValue but not stupid/bluepilled/NotKnowingHisValue, and she always wants to change/vet/brainwash/shame a bbd man of that stupid kind for her use for good.
    13. She fears a lack of privileges or convenience but a presence of accountability or responsibility, and she must always play the victim of all-time for the sake of being a woman while she's under the independent-woman brand and yet she insists he pay.
    14. She fears unable to use her sexuality as the only weapon but her personality, humor, cooking, etc. which she sucks at, given she always responds to men with ''Entertain me'' as her conversation-opener, which is also her fundamental life attitude toward men.
    15. She fears no backup men even in a good LTR, for she fears karma and is anytime ready to dispose her used-up man upon inevitable life difficulties with him.
    16. She fears being single by betatizing men in her Situationships by giving them false hopes and wasting their time, and what's worse is her riding on the carousel counts as being single too in her opinion.
    17. She fears unable to get what she wants through no men, for men not playing her stupid games such as not subscribing to her bullshit or shaming, or not wifing her up for her to divorce him later to take half his shit.
    18. She fears ending up being alone and lonely in her 30s, 40s or 50s when she realized even the nice/beta guys back then have now disdainfully rejected and ghosted her, after she ain't doing shit for decades, either for her own relationships or for her self-improvement on basically being a loser OFFLINE.
    19. She fears aging like vinegar or milk, which she is.
    20. She fears her look seen without makeup, be her a 49er 304 from the streets.

If young modern women don't change we all will see the outcomes in about 20 years, maybe even less. They'll be unmarried trying to get their groove back. I had to really look at the women around me, whether at work or in my family, and it's true! We are not married!! So to be married, to have been chosen by a man and become his wife is rare and shouldn't be taken for granted. The way is world is going 1 income cannot sustain you for retirement. We already don't have the financial literacy needed and you think your going to have enough money during the years your unable to work??? Ladies get it together! Put your pride and masculinity aside and align yourselves with a MAN. Become a wife.
My grandma is 70+, unmarried, depending on her children to take care of her (which shouldnt be their responsibility having their own families) She can't work and the little SS checks are not cutting it. She will die alone 😔 she's not able to work to continue making income. No more retirement $$ left. Everything Kevin says holds weight. Take heed ladies.

I have a friend who majored in that kind of stuff, she didn’t start making decent money until she got an MBA from a top 25 program and started selling her soul on social media to get consulting clients.
She’s not going to build a great hustle. If she was, she’d have already started to do it. Instead, she’s going to work a job. And a job can be worked whenever. In fact, she’d probably have better outcomes to her career if she had kids now, entered the workforce at like 33 when the youngest one was out of school, and worked from 33-65 without interruption, versus went to work at 22, mostly left the workforce at 29 to start a family, and then tried to restart at 40. I know in fields that pay well, like computer science, big gaps in employment is basically the same thing as not having worked at all
