My parents own a 2019 suntracker fishin' 20 Barge DLX. It's our primary mode of water fun. I use it all the time fishing on Lake Georgetown. It came with a motorguide Xi3 70lb trolling motor with the anchor feature and a Lowrance Hook 5 HDI. The trolling motor has a quick mount that is attached on the deck under the front gate. It also floats really shallow. I only have to worry about tight places.
@@TBassFactory its fun but more work than a smaller boat. I took it out solo on Saturday. Took a minute to get it stationary but when I did it's like fishing off a dock.
The problem with fishing pontoons is that all the manufacturers set them up to fish out of the front. They should be set up to fish out of the back. The console should be in the front and the back wide open. If you troll or anchor in current you need to be able to fish out of the back. They’re all wrong.
You had it "at bim in knee". I have a 22' Bennington pontoon. They're awesome! Thanks for the informative video.
Ha, I’ve been corrected so many times on saying bimini I had to make sure I tried to say it right. Thanks bud
This would be one fun rig on the lake or river

That sounds like a good and fun rig Nathan. That thing should be able to do a lot of fishing.

Pretty cool rig. I used to live on a lake. I always wanted to do a build out and make a fishing pontoon.
Yeah a pontoon build would be a lot of fun.
That's with 10% down $3,266
So after 15 years you're in the boat for $52,226.
$20,000 in interest
Yep that’s a loooong time to be paying payments.
I'll fish from shore. Usually only cost me a vehicle fee. ;)
Yep I do the same thing a lot of the time

Yep they could totally redesign them for
Different situations or floor plans
Just about 15,000 to High.
Yeah sounds about right
Still a "please the wife" boat. Adding a live well and 50 rod holders does not a fishing barge make.
15 years no thanks
Isn’t that crazy
@Emmanuel Goldstein a lot more
Better pay cash
That's a low rate haaa
Ha yeah….
How about……. No
