FYI- I have a 2022 Suntracker 20 party barge with a 90HP command Thrust motor. I can get it to top out at 24MPH. Fully loaded with anything over 5 people and gear though, I struggle to get about 16-18MPH. This gets great gas mileage and handles most wakes like it's nothing. VERY comfy ride. Much different than my runabout. Trimming the boat almost does nothing except when loaded to bring the front up. Stereo is great and everyone loves the storage. I'm super happy with the boat and I take it in the So Cal Ocean all the time.( lakes too). I've had it for 4 months. Towing... This things is a beast and a windsail.. ALL PONTOON BOATS ARE. I pull this with a 2022 Chevy Trailboss 4x4 with 6.2L engine with 10SPD transmission. Tows like a champ. I average about 11-12MPG going 65-75 up and down hills on trip from CA to AZ. The trailer and the Suntracker mooring cover is a must have. LOVE the cover. This boat comes well equipped and can't be beaten for the money. Props to Suntracker.
Darin B, I got the 150hp on a 22 DLX Fishin Barge. You can trim that engine and pick that front end up no sweat no matter how many is on the front. You might look at powering up.
Gosh, I’m not sure what we paid for it. We ordered it with the boat. We have the fishing package, storage covers and the second Bimini that was all included. We ordered the boat this way so everything would be included in one payment. If I can find any information on it I will certainly let you know.
I’m not sure what pitch the prop has. It is the stock one that came on the 60HP engine. Does it make any difference when you adjust the trim on your boat?

I may be buying on tomorrow 2024 fishing barge…however I was inquiring about a second Bimini top and the dealer doesn’t seem like they want to and they are saying they can’t Can you give me any details on it? They are telling me that it would be in the way of fishing and one of the doors etc Just trying to find information I appreciate it!!!
We ordered the front Bimini when we ordered the boat. It was on back order and we had to wait for six months before it was installed on the boat. It could get in the way with fishing but if it is still in the storage boot and raised up it is not in the way for me. I like having the option to have the extra shade when on the water. Would much rather have it than not. It’s a great boat and we really enjoy it. Thank you,

They are telling me possibly warranty issues with a second Bimini but I don’t know if they are being upfront, can you tell me the model of yours I don’t know if things have Changed in three years or what kind of warranty problems there would be….is there anything you have problems or don’t like on your boat? We bought ours with the fishing package that included /Lowrance® HOOK Reveal 5x fishfinder w/SplitShot™ & GPS & Minn Kota® PowerDrive™ 12V, 55-lb. (24.95 kg) thrust, 54" (1.37 m) shaft, foot-control trolling motor w/quick-release bracket The 55 lb thrust does good. I really like the remote control I add to. It works awesome!! Highly recommend one!
You are correct Alan. We were still breaking in the engine and spent more time doing that then fishing. We took the boat out this morning. We fished some jigs and did a little trolling but no luck. @@r_azona_outdoors As it is, we decided on the whole package including the electronics and the trolling motor. The 22 even has the push button auto lift Bimini top. Rod holder lockable compartments. Check out the company TH-cam they did for the 2023, 22 DLX. Big changes.
Thinking of buying a 2023 party barge 20dlx with a 90hp. I have a ski boat now that I am selling and just want more room and I think a pontoon would be great! Great videos man!
These boats are so much fun but they do have 1 big hazard . In choppy waters they tend to do a nose dive in between the big waves so yall be careful or ur going under with that thing . # 1 thing is not to panic and drop that sucker in reverse if it ever happens to get back out of the water wave . This happens due to the big gap in the front door where the water comes rushing in . Easy fix tho . We put a peace of sheet metal to close off the front open space. Have fun and be safe yall ;)

We ordered it from cabelas when we purchased the boat! I can’t remember what the price was but we love having it on our pontoon! It was on back order and they called and installed it for us when it came in. Thanks for fallowing my channel and have a great weekend!!
Thanks for the video. I am seriously considering parting ways with my Skeeter WX and going to a pontoon. I am looking at the Angler Quest. as Sun Tracker is a White River product as is 2 other lines of Pontoons Such as Ranger Boats Pontoon.
These boats are awesome!! I have had both party barge and fishing barge and really liked both pontoons. I also had a Beachcomber pontoon. Very stable on the water.
@@r_azona_outdoors I will be going to the Angler Qwest Dealership and to Bass Pro Shop next week to look at both the Sun Tracker and the way over priced Ranger Pontoon, along with 2 different models of the AnglerQwest pontoon set up for serious fishing first with pleasure added in to have a true fishing pontoon. The current replacement cost of my Skeeter if I was to go back to a Multi species deep V 89K stock no optional equipment or 112K fully loaded the way my current boat is setup. I do have access to a 2005 Crestliner 21ft pontoon that is setup factory with an angler package That has way more options than the newer Ranger Fishing 223F pontoon, but my father left the boat uncovered and it is severely weather damaged and will cost about 20k to rebuild at current labor cost and cost for OEM seating. Decking and 90hp has not been started in over 15 years and the wiring is most likely having to be replaced.
This is the second Sun Tracker boat we have owned. The first was used when we bought it and used it for several years w/no issues. The new boat is built much better and no issues at all. Very happy with this fishing barge! Excellent platform to fish from and electric trolling motor is is awesome.

Hey nice video. I have a couple of questions. 1st what happened to episode 1, and I see that you trailer your pontoon, and how is to tow 🤔. Any troubles.
Ep 1 video footage wasn’t very good. Had a lot of issues with audio. I decided not to use anything from it. Ep 2 was a new go pro and was pretty happy with that. Ep 3 was on a iPhone and worked pretty good as well. The boat tows extremely well. Toyota Tundra does a great job pulling. I wish there was still water in lake Powell. I would love to take the boat up there for some fishing. Thank you and have a great day!
