So far it's not possible to run fires tick with roku remote since there's no integration inside it allows us to work as universal remote control.

you can't. You have to use Roku remote for that action. I usually use alexa. Alexa can control my Roku and fire TV both

It's a physically installed behind TV. There's no software installed inside the TV as fire stick.
