Can i connect an IR remote to my fire tv stick or cube as well? My fire tv is plugged on to the media player in a closed room which is far for Bluetooth but has IR access through some extension cables.
If yes, where exactly is the IR receiver on fire cube gen3, so that I can stick the extended IR transmitter onto it. Currently I can only use the fireTV app or an echo device to navigate :(
As far as I know....no. On its own the firestick will only work via Bluetooth however, you may be able to get a Bluetooth transmitter? Not sure though. Please do like the video and subscribe as really helps me

My problem is currently that i moved to a new WiFi and have lost my remote. So since it’s not connected to WiFi i can no longer use my phone. And since i can’t use my phone i can’t connect my fire stick to WiFi.
That is difficult, only 2 options I see are. 1. Connect temporarily the firestick back to old WiFi by turning on the old router, turning off the new router. It may be the firestick automatically connects to that remembered WiFi. You can then amend to move onto the new WiFi by , once connected to old WiFi, turning on router and connecting to it via phone. 2. Use the tv remote to connect to the new WiFi. As can't use back button, make sure firestick is powered on fresh. You should then be able to go directly into the WiFi options. Hope helps. Please do like and subscribe.
My TV is showing home is currently unavailable and has a home to the left and like a profile to the right I was trying to set up my local channels and it said to recast what took my whole account but my son has an account and he's just I can't use his account because the cold when it says enter the code for his account it's not sure nothing on the TV I was showing is home screen is currently unavailable and it locked me out of my account is there any way I could do get this home currently unavailable off the TV cuz I can't do nothing without screen
