2:56 you're increasing the AC frequency to make the motor spin faster, not power boost. The speed of Synchronous AC motors is a function of the number of motor poles and electrical frequency. You can't alter the poles, so all you can do it change the frequency. It's not a power boost. Power boost so of require more power to be added. If no power is added, Newton's 2nd law is violated.

At 3:47 what is he cutting with a chain saw??? Is he finishing the upcut so the diamond blade did not touch the sill plate?
Also, what's going on at 3:54 when the concrete slab falls out - it appears the blade didn't go all the way through and they drilled holes and used feathers and wedges to split the interior concrete???

If i don’t know why they do it then they should not just brag with that frequency change as if everyone is going to know right away what the frequency change means for the result. Perhaps it has a motor whose rpm depends on the frequency so the 400hz makes it run 8 times faster (but with 8 times less driving force).

Common practice in the hosting as you tell the audience what is being talked about and they can see proportion as well material "how it feels" visually, you keep the expert on the topic as you are showing him that what is being understood etc.
Kevin is great host, but if someone would like to see a young 20 year old woman there with less clothing and just smiling and nodding head.... Go for it....
That is what makes/made TOH great is that the presentation is clear, skipping the useless talks.
Like on this episode people whine about not seeing "how to" in windows installations etc... That is not different really from normal. The special here is how you cut the hole. What is required and what is the end result doing the cut.

I do these things. I've hired concrete cutting companies to create cellar doorways to new additions I've built.

If they are only allowed to upload things that everyone does every week then they could quit their channel... I think this video is better than the previous one about placing a kitchen without placing the kitchen...

Why not make sure that you are truly saved by Jesus Christ and practice this way. Remorsefully confess with your heart your sins to Jesus Christ who is God and tell Him that you right now are repenting of your sins and you want to be born again of the Spirit from above. Tell Jesus that you are remorsefully sorry for breaking His commandments and that you are begging for forgiveness from Him. Allow His blood from the cross to wash away your sins. After this is done with your heart successfully the Holy Spirit will come to live within you and He will rebuild you from the inside out.
Look for signs that you are saved. Things like spreading the good news from Jesus, getting other people saved, a craving for the word of God, reading the Bible, etc… These things are known as a calling and fruit bearing. If you're not bearing fruit then keep doing it. Sometimes it takes time to get saved. Read Matthew chapter 13 from the King James Bible. God bless!!!

... there are not many in that part of the state where they shoot the series. Besides, the Latino population has filled many of the manual labor jobs in the area.

What is this? Do you really think this is something someone can/will do at their own home? Please stick to posting ACTUAL things people will do at home or even (better yet!) full episodes. Even the old ones!

I found this more interesting than the last video about installing a kitchen without showing the kitchen being installed. I’m sure they already have videos about anything you can do around the house, so respect for them that they can still find subjects.
