Jeff, how much is the giant Sun Star freezer/refrigerator? How many panels of what watt? I would want to run it on 24 Volts. What system (bulletproof, no playing, just install and forget) would I need if the systems' only job was to run the freezer/refrigerator 24/7 for years and years in San Diego, CA?

Like your new showroom and all the new appliances as well, let me ask a question we have a regular wired storage building with only lights and outlets and a separate meter from the house. The only draw on that meter is a 20cf upright freezer and occasionally a light if it's dark when we go in the building. I'm so tired of paying a $50 minimum bill each month, so my question is can I run that freezer off of solar and ditch the meter? if so what do I need
Sure you can do that. Some solar panels, batteries ,dc to ac inverter and a charge controller. The amps the freezer uses is what will determine the amount of solar you would need. Call the store and someone can tell you what you will need.

I'm going to build a retirement cabin . Most likely 16x16 two story
with later one story addition on one end later ( laundry rm , catch all etc ) . I want a deck off upstairs
bedroom . I plan to put solar panels on N side of deck faceing S
so I can clean them & keep away from two legged rats ( if You know what I mean ) . Would You please recommend a complete solar / wind system for this ( in Mid Tnn ) . I need to try to as near normal life as possible ( got to keep " DREAM KILLER " happy as I can ... besides , I like to watch tv ) .

have you tried to quit smoking, you are sounding more "windy" than before.
I have emphysema and no it's not getting better. Slowly getting worse. You cannot stop emphysema but you can slow it down. I had one of my lungs removed , full of asbestos. I am sorry bout taking so long to say what i have to say.
