Some of the best Godzilla movies ever. I’m doing my first Godzilla fan fiction now, I’m keeping the designs of the monsters from the 90’s and 2000’s era movies, I want anime style from FLCL for the back round and cites, and an Evangelion style for the characters and monsters to stand out from the background and give us the nostalgic feel from the 60’s and 70’s movies while the characters and monsters look like 90’s anime. I’m having fun with it too and if it ever becomes a thing I’m gonna include music from each of the movies.
This and Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla have always been my favorite among the millennium era movies. Not that I dislike the others, it’s just these have always been my favorite.

Dude the memories of Showa Godzilla and other Godzilla types the memories are so real and the sad thing is that there is no more Mechagodzilla or other kaijus like anguirus and the other Showa kaiju and heisei and others the memories are real so happy I’m watching this
This is the best opening I can think about along with 2014 I once dreamed of an opening like this for KOTM. Where a supervolcano erupts and destroys a small Oceania island where rodan emerges and then people see in asia aurora trails and fire in the sky. Mothra trying to intercept an aggressive rodan. Both are followed by Jets, you only see the clouds hiding them until they clash and at the end a shockwave (mothra god rays + rodan thermo regulation exhaustion release) open the sky like an apocalipsis painting. Mothra retreats as she senses her larva hatching. Rodan falls into the sea and like a good pterosaur, she swims a little bit and takes of in the horizon. Titile screen shows many social media posts, news, podcasts, etc of the incident and fear of titans being out of control.
They should have used this for Mechagodzilla’s appearance in Godzilla vs Kong, they should have used 1:33 for when Walter Simmons first revealed him self in the control room of Mechagodzilla

Well mainly bc kiryu was still the new kaiju back then. Idk about mothra they probably put her in the film bc of ether money or toho ran out of idea of what kaiju should be in or mothra is popular which could be the real reason

+Uridon Memorable? There's not one memorable theme. Being a composer, this is a BIG negative towards music. However, it's Anno and Higuchi's fault. They used mainly recycled music so Sagisu really couldn't do much. It's funny, Alexandre Desplat brought a true monster movie score to the table and everyone hates it. But a "disaster" score comes along and it's better than Ifukube. You "fans" are clowns.
