There's a funny self help satire book titled You Suck by Paulie Amigo that I like. It's a funny approach on self help, but it actually helped me with some problems.
Oooh! I’ll check it out! I really liked that book “The subtle art of not giving a f*ck”, probably one of the best self help books i’ve read! No self help is totally great but I just never consumed any self help that actually cured my anxiety and depression. I lived 34 years with CRIPPLING anxiety, depression, and agoraphobia then within months it vanished after changing my diet, exercising, and taking the proper medication. There just isn’t an audiobook that can do that. With that being said, self help is great once you have the right “hardware” or health foundation to make long lasting changes. Self help has inspired me to make changes, but unfortunately that inspiration falls off shortly there after. thank you for your comment!!! appreciate it 😌✨✨✨
😂ooooh daaaang what flavor!? I just discovered a gluten free pop tarts on amazon. Pop tarts are my love language/star sign/pronouns. I freaking love pop tarts.
I eat brown rice usually, but white rice is pretty much exactly the same! I just jumped on the brown rice craze in the early 2000s and I just prefer the taste now.😌✨
Man i was binge watching your content again and again for months because i have anhedonia after anxiety, i have been asking for wellbutrin along with my lexapro. Did wellbutrin help your anhedonia, i just dont feel joy or pleasure all of sudden which is not me. Can we talk privately? Thanks
The anhedonia was a tricky one to be honest. I think what did it the most for me was probably just getting over the depression which was a mix of the buspar and the zoloft also lots of time and working out and not eating dairy and gluten. The wellbutrin, I think did the least for me personally but I still take it mostly out of habit. It might be doing more than I think though. Anhedonia is a weird one. Once i got a hold of my anxiety and depression and started living a life away from my, at the time. toxic relationship, I became more content being by myself and having hobbies/activities that brought me contentment.
Thank's for the video. It's useful👍
