Lige is honestly a company worth looking into cause how the heck can they make such amazing watches while the price of a watch costs about 40 to 50 dollars...
I know this an old video but I literally saw an ad on "Luxury Watches" and on the ad was a watch. Looked it up and saw you're channel. Beer and watches is such a good combo I'm subbed!
I'm 7:47 wearing my lige watch for almost 5,5 years now. The chrystal isnt completely scratch resistant, but I'm a mechanic, for someone with an office job it should be fine. A battery lasts between 12-16 months. The chrono timer is unstable after a few years, stil works, but resetting it to 0, forget it. For me it's time for something new, maybe a seagull 1963, they are nice and affordible for what they are...
Looks like a good value to me with a working chrono but I had to scratch my head with that buckle being silver lol 🤔 Cool review man! And I will keep an eye out for that brew! Good upgrades on your content and quality man! Keep it up almost at 1K! 😎🍻👍
I know, that buckle????? Come on Lige watches, you can do better than that🤷🏻♂️ I was actually ready to hate this watch when I first unpackaged it but, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything works, leather strap, chrono, date, pretty amazing for the price and quite frankly a good inexpensive watch for those that simply want a nice watch and don’t have much to spend. Because of these reasons Lige watches may fit the bill. Thanks for the encouragement man, it means a lot. Congrats on the growth of your channel too. Have you been able to monetize yet? Beer and Watches totally agree! Not everyone is able or willing to drop $200-300 at a time for watches so these definitely serve their purpose in the watch community. Yeah, I was able to monetize shortly after hitting 1K. The review process is lengthy so just a heads up to be a bit patient once you hit that milestone. 😎👍
David Schwartz I know. I did actually monetize my personal magic channel years ago. Even though it has over 8000 subs I don’t post there as they took my monetization away twice. Tried to get it back but to no avail. Decided to start from fresh and am enjoying it. I’d be interested in knowing how monetization works out for you. That first cheque will need to get framed 😉

I've noted a lot of strange people buying cheap and then complaining. For the money I paid for (several) Lige dive watches, I think they're really great, and they're all beautifully finished. I don't care a monkeys whether they're 60, 120 or if they click like a train going over rusty points, and who the heck does, apart from nerdy people who spend their day counting clicks? I bet the great majority of people who buy a dive watch with a bezel don't even know what it's for, let alone use it! But most importantly, it keeps such good time that I bought 3 more. I certainly don't have any issues whatsoever with Lige, or their watches. I recommend them as being excellent value for money. Regards from 🇬🇧
Good review. I really enjoy these Chinese market watches. Some will last 6 months. Some maybe 2. That's my experience. Just bought a third one called Fourron. Red dial which will be nice for my collection.
This company makes a very good watch I own two of them and have received compliments people saying what a sharp watch without a doubt I would buy them again
@@BeerandWatches for me the most blatant sign of quality is if there is decent weight in the metal bracelet. This is an important factor. If it feels light and tinny then it's usually cheap crap
I love the idea of your channel to combine beer and affordable watches! Good work mate! By the way, Stiegl is not considered a craft beer brewery over here in Austria. They are actually one of the bigger breweries around. They do have some offspring brews though (like the columbus branded beers).

Looks like a Chinese movement. I have the same watch with white dial and brown leather band and it’s a lovely watch for the price, I like the sporty look to it, although it feels quite light and not best quality but for the price it’s expected.

My Lige watch stopped completely after exactly one year of use. When I got no reply from Lige after two emails, I left a 1 star review with an explanation. I then received a threatening email as follows: Would you mind to revise the negative review into positive one or delete the review? if this problem is not handled properly, it may affect my(your) income and even lose my job. So buy and rate at your own risk!!!
This langexin ld53 is a chinese quartz movement. Most of these cheap alibaba watches like megir, lige etc. have these. They might just be copies of the cheapest miyota quartz movements.

Not my style of watch but looks pretty decent for $25. Odd buckle choice, okay looking band. I’ve spent more on a band than that whole watch so with a working Chrono and a leather band it’s worth it’s price at $25 especially with a good warranty. Just not my style sadly.
Hi MJ. Update on the Boderry non-delivery: Boderry have not responded to my PayPal claim, which expires next Wednesday. Therefore it’s likely that PayPal will refund me. Once I have the refund I’ll re-order. Failing that it’ll be Small Claims Court (online) for the Royal Mail as they’ve admitted that it was delivered to ‘another address’. The busted ribs are healing nicely and I can now reach the beer at the bottom of my fridge. Phew! 🍺 😅
And so it continues. Keep me posted man. I figured it had to be something other than Boderry as I’ve always had great service from them. Ribs are still healing but at least reaching the beer will help👍 Heal well my friend. Best. MJ

LIGE misrepresents their watches as have an NH35 movements in their automatic watches, which are not, and they are not solid stainless steel. If there is a problem with their watches, LIGE company will not give you the time of day if you did not buy the watch directly from them. From any outside seller, the warranty is useless.
You'd need to be selective about which pub you wore this in! You could at least have checked accuracy & maybe done a pressure test to 5m. Glad I don't have to wear it!
