Enel and sugar should be on the other side. Enel’s is so good at multiple things. Sugar literally stops people in their tracks. How many fights do people not touch each other. If a top tier had it, they are bound to fight with pure hands. Bonney, non cannon, and sugar all might be countered by haki now after what we saw what law did with his haki to revert devil fruit effects.
Enel’s fruit- crazy speed, heart reset, island sized attacks, seems like it doesn’t take that much energy like luffy/law. Law and luffy wasting life spans while enel who never trained is sending nukes and still fighting. He powered a boat to go to the moon 😭
i gotta say im with everyone else on the subject of enels fruit. in his defense the best comparison is Kizarus pika pika no mi. that being said Kizaru is also an admiral. if kizaru had enels devil fruit instead he would be even more powerful. remember that although kizaru could create bustercall size explosions with his df enel could wipe out entire islands with his. as for the gas-gas fruit i feel its in a different catagory of logia, its another situation where in the right hands yes its powerful. Reguardless enels fruit has to rank higher than kizarus for ability alone. hell the only logias i would say are above enels are the magu-magu no mi and the yami-yami no mi
Enel lost for 2 reasons. 1. Luffy is made of rubber, 2. Ebel is an idiot. Enel can move at the speed of light, restart his heart. Call down massive pillars of lightning and (with a bit of setup) a nuclear bomb. He is a source of infinite energy and id say its one of if not the best logia.

Luffy and Law’s fruit require a lot of training to master them. It took Luffy 12 years to unlock gear 5
