Colm you're the only one I stick with! The others talk talk talk and then do a very partial demo on one side only! You get right down to it and do the complete series with us! Wonderful!❤🎉😊🎉❤

I appreciate that! Must admit tho, often I only demo one side of a movement in a video. Glad you enjoyed this one tho, thanks for watching.🙏

    Hi Colm,
i also think turning your head back under your arms as if you were on a bike looking behind you, in this movement.

That's an option for sure. Nice work.

Doing this again i realized there’s still a tensed muscle that has not been relieved in this nor other movements and my left is a nerve damaged tension from shoulder back , front and chest that Somatics doesn’t deal with 😮

question Colm, if my L shoulder feels tense or stiff should i just do this again or your other shoulder one i see for your other choice, so i know what to feel.
i also like when you explains more thoroughly why are doing a movement a certain way, helping us to learn what we need to feel.

The videos at the end are just suggestions, you can do any of the shoulder ones after this.

This i have not done too much or iin a while now more than ever i do feel the shoulder crunches relieved some. , my ribs and and midsection , still compressed.
i am not sure what to do next, but, i will do something.

If your midsection feel compressed, can you make it feel more compressed on purpose? Pandiculate the compression you're already feeling. Give that a try.

I have been forgetting again, tonight my left shoulder that has been a challenge was very uncomfortable and my lower back has been sore.
