- Hi Loves! This is a full day of what I eat while postpartum and breastfeeding! My main focus right now is to nourish my body and my baby while being gentle with myself in the process! I am 6 weeks postpartum and haven't started working out yet, and I plan on easing back into it once I feel ready! I hope this inspires you to be kind to yourself postpartum. Your body just did such an incredible thing and deserves to be honored and loved!! You are amazing Mama!

I forgot to comment on your last video regarding baby colic. I'm from Indian origin, we always drink dill-seed water every day to help with mothers gas and for baby colic. Dill is what gripe water is made from. Just boil about 2 litres of water with just a few grains of dill seeds and add a few cardamon pods if you like. We drink this over the day - especially when breastfeeding as everything u consume will go to ur milk. Also here in the UK we use a medication called Infacol for colic. Just a couple of ml before feeds really helps with colic. Don't forget to give regular sadaqa and may Allah bless u and ur family

I’m almost 5 months pp and while I did drop to my pre pregnancy weight, my stomach is definitely not the same . I think once you have a baby your body definitely is not the same but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I love my daughter. 💕 Also yes breastfeeding also makes me super hungry as well. I find that I’m filling up my plate multiple times for lunch and dinner.

I love this! As someone in the nutrition field, I hear so many women preoccupied with prebaby body. I’m so happy you don’t feel the need to do that. Nourish and take care of yourself so you can take care of your baby. Just curious why you eat gluten and dairy free? Foods like onions, garlic and dates can also cause some people gas and GI discomfort. I hope you find out whatever is causing her discomfort.

The frida baby gaspasser helps my newborn when he’s colic-y. We use it just once at night when he’s fussy and it helps him sleep, so I recommend it :)

Mashallah, it's great u trying the teas they work just have to give it time ,as my 2 younger children have both had these tummy issues , the change in diet really helps,it's a temporary sacrifice of gassy foods to breastfeed I feel but soo worth it as we only get to do this once with each child ,so keep on going we are here to support you sis ,the more active the baby becomes it'll get better the colic inshallah, il defo try the oat milk as little ones gonna be 6 months soon so need the nutrients .
