Especially in the timestamp I left separately from this comment, Picardo’s facial expressions are above and beyond (in my opinion) a great deal of other actors in the business. A few episodes show this well, but this episode especially after that moment, is magnificent. He was so underrated in my opinion on Voyager and deserved so much more.
