I feel 1,000% better on a 4 day split vs when I used to do 6. Still get 2 squats, 3 bench and 1 deadlift day in. The recovery aspect is the biggest part for sure!

Your videos are always so motivational. I’ve been deadlifting with light barbells for a couple months, trying to get my strength up. Happy to report I’m at 40 pounds. Not trying to get crazy muscular. It’s going well and I feel great!

Because indeed the rest is sometimes a very overlooked aspect i guess.
Plus the convenience af training 3 days a week, and being able to plan it much more easily throughout the week.

For the past few years my routine has been 6 days a week for ~45 minutes a day. I know I could probably tweak things for better results, but work schedules are the sticking point.
