      I appreciate your 1500 cal videos, man. As a 5'4" male trying to lose 10 lbs, it is haaaaard to find plans online that stick to around 1500-1700 cals per day. Usually i watch these giant dudes on cutting plans but still scarfing down 2500 cals per day. Thanks so much

    1,500 might not seem like a lot to the majority of people but when you're trying to eat the exact same amount of calories worth of whole food the situation changes drastically.

      @@noahtheg451 I only weigh 147 pounds. So yeah, a mini cut is 1500, 1550. My maintenance previously was 1800.

      @@shahul8222 no, 1500 is super low and will cause you to lose muscle. most can cut at like 2000-2200 people just prefer the fastest weight loss

    Thanks Jonathan, I made a version of the stir fry tonight and it was great. A quick tip you may already know, if you're boiling something try a stock cube in the water for a bit of extra flavour at the cost of no calories. Also green pea and red lentil pasta are great alternatives to egg pasta, the red lentil version is even quite high in protein!

    Awesome stuff. Overnight oats are my favorite on the go breakfast. I make 5 or 6 at a time in a mason jar and keep them in the fridge to just grab on the way to work. My other favorite is basically your potato and eggs recipe but I put it all in a whole wheat wrap as a breakfast burrito. I'll wrap them in aluminum foil and have 4 or 5 in the fridge ready to go. The tortilla adds a few calories, but if it keeps me from stopping somewhere on the way to work and grabbing a donut or a bagel with cream cheese, to me the few extra calories from the tortilla is worth it.

    Everything is amazing and for just 1500 calories there's actually a lot of food. The microwave french toast casserole is genius, way faster than in the oven. The only thing I would change is the overnight oats, I would use the exact same ingredients, but do a cooked version, I always feel that I get a lot more volume if I cook them in the microwave. Keep the videos coming, they are great!

      Agreed. I usually put the oats in at least 500 mL of water, boiling until I get a good consistency. Its literally an additional pound in your stomach for zero calories, haha.

      @@zynthos9 Yeah, thats what I do. The only drawback is that it is a bit liquidy (I prefer more volume regardless). To thicken it up, Ill add in 5-10 grams of powdered peanut butter, 5 grams cocoa, and 15 grams of hemp and chia seeds. Protein powder should do the same i'd say.

    Enjoyed the video thank you. I have been making similar overnight oats (sometimes with pumpkin purée) and egg dish both delicious. Really like the idea of the French toast so will try that one soon once I am able to obtain more low calorie bread.

    Been looking for something to break up the monotony of eating almost the exact same thing every day and I just finished making the overnight oats. Mine had a slightly more runny consistency so I added a tiny bit more oats. Can't wait to see how it is in the morning!

    =plain Paratha (half)+tea (with sugar)30ml only +1 banana
    Lunch =roti (half may be 30g )+or rice (100g )+50g veg or non veg
    *As whatever cook in home
    No snack (only milk =200ml )
    Dinner =same as it was in lunch
    I think it is 1500calorie diet

    Good and healthy foods. I love the basel in the pasta. I usually put it in chopped up and fresh after the food is on the plate, not directly into the pan. I figured that it takes away most of the great basel taste when u r heating it up. Great video!

    So I just made the potato dish. I used a frozen bag of Ore-ida O'Brien (3 servings). I had a bunch of protein to hit so I added 4 ounces of 96/4 lean ground beef.....and of course the smoked paprika. I did drop the egg whites by 50 grams. The volume was just perfect for dinner.

    Can I lose weight on this ? I’m 60 female and the diet program I’m on is so blah .Im trying to lose 25 lbs and there’s no fruit allowed on the plan unless I’m doing weights .I’ve already hurt my hip trying some of the lunges . I feel so restricted ,on just chicken , veggies and rice cakes ,and almond butter and bland oatmeal . Any suggestions ? I have lost inches but I feel deprived and miss my carbs and fruit .

    For all the Germans (not limited to) watch Jonathan's videos where he prepares 60kcal brraf/Toast there is a great protein sandwich toast from Harry's. It slightly higher in Kcal (87) but has 7.5g of protein per slice. It is my go-to toast. So awesome. I get it at Edeka and Kaufland. Unfortunately, not all stores of these do have them and they are often sold out. I think REWE should have them as well. Not sure though. (sorry for posting this on multiple videos)
