You have to check on the website of TCS because the eligibility criteria changes every year as per requirement. You have to see if you are allowed to give the NQT test or not. If you enter all the information and you are allowed to give the NQT test then you are eligible.

If you are on boarded or if you already have an offer from company then after that they are not going to reject you for your marks. Because they have already evaluated you for your skills. Unless you told a lie to the company about your marks. In that case it will purely be the company's decision. Because honesty is still considered a good policy in corporate governance.
Yes because these MNCs get a lot of applications. TCS gets between 2 Lacs to 3 Lacs applications every year. They only need between 30,000 to 40,000 Freshers every year. So what can they do. The best is to filter. So they will filter the best as per Marks & College first, Then with the Exams they take, Next they will take interviews, and finally they will give offers only to the 30K or 40K Freshers who did well on all fronts. If they remove the Marks for the application process then they will get like 10 Lac applications. This is a very good process to hire the best employees.

Hi Rohit it all depends on what are the reasons for your gap and what is their need. The challenge is about 2 L to 3 L people apply for jobs as freshers every year to these companies for an intake between 10K to 40K. So they may not prefer for fresher recruitment. But you can always work for few years in some smaller companies and then go by lateral hire route.

Hi Shrivallabh, Since you are learning Java. Develop some cloud skills. Like building SaaS applications using either AWS or Azure Cloud. Or learn cloud computing. By the time you complete your Degree it will he 2023. There are going to be a huge requirement for cloud skills. So you can get a job in any company you want if you develop these skills.
That depends on your skills. There are more than 1 Lac software companies. You may not be eligible for the top 3 to 5 companies. Rest will hire you on the basis of your skills.

Why are you focusing on only 2 companies when there are millions of software companies? Also these are the companies who have a very average starting salary and lot of competition to get into. It is better to focus on your skills and learn a few things so that you can start in some good company who does not even care if you have a degree or not but they are only hiring you because of your skills.
Hi, Sir. Sir I am studied in First year Bsc computer science now we are in second semester at the end and after some days there is exam going to happen. My problem is that I take late admission to Bsc computer science because of late CET exam during corona period and that's why l could not be able to cover the syllabus of main subjects that is the C programming and DBMS. I get good marks in first semester exam but l don't understand that subjects and now I am in second semester and there is subject that is - Advanced C programming and RDBMS So, my problem is that if I don't understand the first semester's subject of computer science then l am also not able to understand the subject of second semester of computer science. Because the basics was happened in first semester and that's why I am in this problem. Please help me how can I cover it So, I able to understand such vast subject in some few days.
The easiest way is to read the book. Identify what concepts are important. Just read and understand those things. Skip the general information in the book and only focus on the important concepts. That way you will be able to revise fast.

You have to check on the website of TCS because the eligibility criteria changes every year as per requirement. You have to see if you are allowed to give the NQT test or not. If you enter all the information and you are allowed to give the NQT test then you are eligible.

If you are on boarded or if you already have an offer from company then after that they are not going to reject you for your marks. Because they have already evaluated you for your skills. Unless you told a lie to the company about your marks. In that case it will purely be the company's decision. Because honesty is still considered a good policy in corporate governance.

Yes because these MNCs get a lot of applications. TCS gets between 2 Lacs to 3 Lacs applications every year. They only need between 30,000 to 40,000 Freshers every year. So what can they do. The best is to filter. So they will filter the best as per Marks & College first, Then with the Exams they take, Next they will take interviews, and finally they will give offers only to the 30K or 40K Freshers who did well on all fronts. If they remove the Marks for the application process then they will get like 10 Lac applications. This is a very good process to hire the best employees.

Hi Rohit it all depends on what are the reasons for your gap and what is their need. The challenge is about 2 L to 3 L people apply for jobs as freshers every year to these companies for an intake between 10K to 40K. So they may not prefer for fresher recruitment. But you can always work for few years in some smaller companies and then go by lateral hire route.

Hi Shrivallabh, Since you are learning Java. Develop some cloud skills. Like building SaaS applications using either AWS or Azure Cloud. Or learn cloud computing. By the time you complete your Degree it will he 2023. There are going to be a huge requirement for cloud skills. So you can get a job in any company you want if you develop these skills.

Why are you focusing on only 2 companies when there are millions of software companies? Also these are the companies who have a very average starting salary and lot of competition to get into. It is better to focus on your skills and learn a few things so that you can start in some good company who does not even care if you have a degree or not but they are only hiring you because of your skills.

Hi, Sir. Sir I am studied in First year Bsc computer science now we are in second semester at the end and after some days there is exam going to happen. My problem is that I take late admission to Bsc computer science because of late CET exam during corona period and that's why l could not be able to cover the syllabus of main subjects that is the C programming and DBMS. I get good marks in first semester exam but l don't understand that subjects and now I am in second semester and there is subject that is - Advanced C programming and RDBMS So, my problem is that if I don't understand the first semester's subject of computer science then l am also not able to understand the subject of second semester of computer science. Because the basics was happened in first semester and that's why I am in this problem. Please help me how can I cover it So, I able to understand such vast subject in some few days.
The easiest way is to read the book. Identify what concepts are important. Just read and understand those things. Skip the general information in the book and only focus on the important concepts. That way you will be able to revise fast.

In TCS there is an eligibility criteria which you can find on their career pages. But there are thousands and lakhs of other companies - other than TCS where marks do not matter. Only your skills matter.
